I have put several MP3 files on a card and installed the card in the phone but the phone says there are no music files. I have tried 2 different cards - both formatted in FAT and FAT 32 but still the files are not seen. Is the phone faulty or is there something else I need to do?

Oct 23, 2010Recently I've installed quite a lot of applications, so when I went to open the Installation Files folder, there is nothing in it, and it goes back to home screen.I know that the problem is that is having difficulties reading all the data, there is like 400MB of .sis applications on my phone.My questions is how to uninstall or delete some of the applications. Is there a way to do it from a computer, because I can't find the folder where the applications are installed.

Dec 17, 2010I wanted to backup my phone last night, it has several irreplaceable pictures and videos and today the phone seems to be dead. Last night, it was working fine, I closed any apps I had running, set the alarm and locked the phone. I wake up late today to find that my phone isn't working, I try unlocking it, taking the battery out, charging it. Nothing. I can't get it to turn on. Any way I can back up the files that are on there. Presuming it's not the drive in the phone that is dead, the files are still there and can be recovered, but I doubt Nokia support would go to that effort and they'd probably just give me a new phone. I want those files more than I want the phone.
