is there any way to have a fixed wallpaper as the background rather than it moving across when you scroll left or right? I want to see the whole pic on one screen. I thought I saw a setting for it but cant find it now!
View 3 RepliesI brought a Xperia Z2 yesterday and when I went to put a background on It zoomed into my picture and I couldn't zoom out it also asked me to crop the picture when I did it look stupid, and when you scroll across the picture moves with the scroll, is there anyway I can have a static background so it doesn't move when I swipe between screens?
I remember my s5 had a option to do this and so did my S4 but can't find it on the menu on the sony to turn off wallpaper scrolling.
1. Is there any way through which circular scrolling can be enabled for the SE Android Launcher(circular scrolling = when you scroll past the last screen, it goes back to the beginning). It would also be nice if it worked for the menu, but my main aim is the home screen scrolling.
2. Is there any way to add more than 5 home screens?I have a Sony Ericsson Xperia mini pro, not rooted(not intending to). I like the default home launcher very much, and I wouldn't like to switch.
Is there a way in Zedge to keep the wallpaper full screen without it scrolling on the g4? Every wallpaper I get wants to scroll. I just want the full resolution on a single screen without it scrolling when I flip through the screens.

After updating to 4.3 my lockscreen wallpaper changed to the same as my home screen wallpaper. Okay, no bigge, I'll just change it back - or so I thought. There has to be a simple solution that doesn't involve changing the launcher or something similar, right?

Have a Samsung S6, i use the same wallpaper for both my home screen and lock screen but everytime i change the wallpaper for both, the lock screen has the full image and the home screen is always slightly smaller by about 4% or 8%.

View 2 Replies View RelatedI got my S2 a few days back, and am quite impressed with the scrolling background wallpaper. However, I don't understand how to make a wallpaper scrollable. I installed this app called Zedge that lets you download free wallpapers etc. When I choose the image to use as wallpaper, I'm taken to a screen with the following:
- A thumbnail of the image with a resizable orange rectangle.
- 2 icons below that - one with 3 panes that looks like it's meant to select a scrolling wallpaper and the second one showing a single pane.
I choose the one on the left that appears to be for scrolling, then I suppose I have to select the area of the image I want. I want the entire image to be used as a wallpaper, so I select the whole thing. (I've also tried selecting only a sub section). I click save. It generates and sets the wallpaper and...it does not scroll. (I have all 7 home screens enabled).
I go back, choose the icon on the right, select a small area of the image and that gets set as a wallpaper. This also does not scroll. I don't want to go install a 3rd party app just to do this. I have tried with Zedge, as well as locally stored pictures from my Picasa albums. Also, how does one change the 3 default pictures in the 'wallpaper gallery'? I can't find them on the SD card.
How do I disable it on the Turbo? All my other phones had an easy way to do it. Can't find it on the Turbo settings.

View 2 Replies View RelatedI am really starting to get annoyed with this phone!!My wallpaper will not stay onto my home screen after a battery pull or a software reset!!! I don't get it! This is not new in terms of programming! What is the problem?? Is there a fix for this or am I stuck setting my wallpaper everytime i reset my phone?? C'mon RIM! This is a ridiculous problem that should of been fix before bringing the phone out! same thing for the 5 - 10 sec freeze after you enter your security password to unlock the phone! As well as the slow processing of cpu for certain activities! I'm sticking with this phone for now but i do not have a great feeling for this phone seriously!

I have strange background picture that i can't get rid of. It is some kind of a MS/Nokia ad and is present behind all screens in all apps (it is barely visible when using bright theme), it displays the text: Windows Phone 8 41MP revolutionary camera touch here. The screen on my Z5 has become over sensitive and when scrolling it keeps opening pages or links even when I hardly touch the screen. Indeed while typing this sort paragraph it's taking longer because the keyboard is entering letters for me. I have already rebooted the phone reinstalled software and was OK for a while. But now it's back. Impossible to go on to Facebook as I can't scroll down without opening every link.

The phone vibrates when i touch the screen but no respons from the screen. I booted it with vol+power button, did not work. My screen keeps scrolling down automatically when a bright light hits the screen. Make it hard to use outside. Trying to make a phone call, read text, email, or even just scrolling through apps is very difficult because the screen scrolls down to the very bottom very quickly. When I scoll back up, it scrolls right back to the bottom. When I'm not outside or a bright glare is not on the screen it works great.

View 1 Replies View RelatedJust discovered my home screen is blank, so I thought I had accidentally changed/moved it when I turned on "Easy Mode" to check that out. Switched back to "Standard Mode", but found my home screen gone, with a blank page in it's place. I found some directions on how to move pages around, making one a home screen. I selected the page I wanted as home screen and moved it to the page where the white house icon is highlighted. I was done but noticed nothing had changed. Home page still blank, so I did it again. I find that whenever I try creating my home screen page by moving it to the highlighted white house icon, the white house icon shifts to the left, remaining blank.
