My Ray is on 2.3.4. No apps installed. If there is one SMS or one call, the LED would work. However, if one more SMS comes in, the LED would not blink. Same for more calls and combination of calls + SMS.However, this behavious is only observed partially. Sometimes it works and sometimes it don't.

View 6 Replies View RelatedXperia Mini Pro (SK17i); I upgrade to ICS (4.0.4), Build Number: 4.1.B.0.431. After that Notification LED is not working for MISSED call, SMS Alert etc. when screen is OFF. However, it is working for Charging and E-mail (using K9). Checked in Service Menu and all the LED are working fine.
All the LEDs were working when using Gingerbread (2.3). Only after upgrading to ICS it is not working. Is this an issue with ICS?
After upgrade with 5.1.1 on phone apparently the notification dropdown function not working at all even though I try so hard to master reset my phone thought my phone was hack by virus.

View 2 Replies View RelatedEarlier this week I had a Z3 Compact paired with an Audi MMI in-car system. When a new email was received I would get a notification on the MMI display screen. Since changing to a Z3+ these notifications have stopped. If I search through the folders of the MMI system I can find the new message, however there is no initial alert that a new message has arrived and in the default inbox the MMI system says "no messages to display". I do however receive a notification when an SMS arrived. Bluetooth settings on the phone show that MAP is active.

Second problem: I can't scroll down the notification bar in portrait mode,it works in landscape mode.this was the first which had araised in my phone and later the home screen buttons.
I having the problem after update my X10 to android 2.1. I found that my screen light sensor (which actually works b4 under different environment lighting) and the LED notification light (it works b4 while I got the missed call or sms) do not work after update to android 2.1... One more is, the screen color gradation seem worst that b4...is it normal?

I'm happy with the look and feel of Nova, but I noticed that my notification light isn't working for messages.only sms messages are being affected, as the light still comes on when charging/viewing the lockscreen/when Facebook messages come in.I'm currently using Textra as my default app; I tried switching back to LG's message app, but it didn't fix the issue.

View 2 Replies View RelatedI have the Atrix HD and the notification light is only working when I reboot the system, then once the system is on, the notification light no longer works. My original Atrix has a settings option to turn the notification light on/off, but the Atrix HD has no such settings option which was in the 'display' settings on my original Atrix. I then tried the 3rd party apps, such as Light flow, and LED tester etc... none work, even though Light flow overrides the phone settings its still not functioning. I even went through and rebooted the phone, and also w/a technician on the phone and the same thing. the notification light will blink green during system reboot, but after that, it ceases to function. This seems trivial but it's a huge help when im working w/all the msgs I get to determine if I get an important msg or not and one of the reasons I stuck with the motorola line. i've checked hundreds of forums, and spoke to various tech supports, and I cant seem to get a answer that works.

I have a notification sound setup as well as "show in action center" enabled and "show notification banners" checked. This was working previously but a day or so ago I decided to do a hard reset and clean install of everything and after that I haven't been receiving the Outlook notifications. All other notifications that I have setup within the action center are working correctly.
So far I've tried re-syncing the Outlook account, unchecking it to sync and then rechecking, multiple soft resets, unchecking the action center settings for Outlook and nothing has worked.
My N5's notification light no longer appears to work for notifications. I believe it occurred after I switched back from ART to Dalvik.

View 24 Replies View RelatedI just bought my Samsung galaxy s6 edge 5 days ago it's been working fine up until today. When I received a text message it didn't make the sound so I thought my phone was on vibrate or silent but it wasn't so then I went to settings and checked my notification setting and when I clicked the sound it didn't make a sound. So then I checked if I could hear the ringtone and I also couldn't hear. Mind you the volume is all the way up. So I decided to restart my phone and the sound worked gain but after a while the sound went away again and idk what is causing it.
