I'd like to replace the stock headset with my recently bought Ray and I just crossed some posts about the MH1 Livesound headset from Sony (Ericsson) and I understand this headset has some problems with dropping sound volume. I also read about some issues with crackling sound, when you move cables or just bump them.Should i buy it ?
View 4 RepliesI've changed my display a few days ago, obviously because it crashed after being dropped from ~30 centimeters. Everything seemed to work fine, the only problem was with the broken screen.
But today, during several phonecalls, I was told that they hear me sunk, like I was in a jar or something, and sometimes with few cracklings.
I have multiple issues with my Blackberry strom 2 9550.1) I get crackling noise most of the time when i am on call but works fine in the the loudspeaker and headphones. When i reboot the mobile the problem is resolved for somedays.2) Sometimes my phone wont have any sound output at all, all by itself. While trying to play the songs from media, i get the msg error occured while playing the media.

I bought my lumia 920 two days ago.I like it.. it is very impressive.I have some problems and I would like to understand if they are related to software or hardware.bviously there is the problem of the random reboot. I am pretty sure it is software related, hope Nokia will fix this soon.The other issue is a sound crackling when a sound start, it happen after a notification, playing games and playing music... apparently it doesn't affect Nokia music app.The problem is not the speaker because it happen also with streaming audio via a2dp.

I've changed my both sims and tried another operators sims, the same happended. I've updated the software and do PCC and still the same problem. Also, the network bars drops for around five secounds from time to time for both sims.

It was suggested to me to flash my rom via the development tool Sony offers but I do not wish to void my warranty.
I just shifted from Samsung S4 to Sony Xperia Z2 supposing that Z2 has best feature as on date. It seems it's true till some extent however I am struggling with the call quality issue specially other party is not able to hear my voice clearly.
I tested it many times now it's very frustrating, everything is fine during usage of headphone but again same problem when I am taking calls directly from my cell.
Where is the sound recorder and notes on Z3?

View 3 Replies View RelatedWhen I am streaming a music on my XPERIA Z2 phone using THROW option onto my HP laptop, immediately xperia z2 bluetooth player pops up in my laptop showing progress of music but sound does not come from the player that is frustrating because everything with this throw option is ok except this sound issue.
I thought there might be some issue with my laptop so I tried my phone THROW option with other laptop also, there also the same problem is occurring. Other android phones like Lenovo, MI1s, even they do not have this THROW option, this problem is not occurring when I am streaming music from these phone onto my Laptop having simply turned on bluetooth in these phones.
There is no sound when you answer or call out but there is sound for everything else. Not sure what else to try to get it working again, did a hard reset on it s few time but now thats not even working to fix the problem.

I upgraded my Iphone from a 3GS to the new Iphone 4S. Once I got it all I keep hearing is crackling noise in the speaker when I am calling/talking to someone. I brought it to the apple store and they gave me a brand me Iphone 4s again. Well went home and the same thing is still happening! Or is it just a glitch with the new iphone 4s that they need to fix?

I have a Pioneer head unit in my car with a front USB, and it came with a nice short USB cord which works well in a car.Well, I have my iPhone 4, synced it (which took the same music that was on my 3G). Now, while driving, I hear crackling in the music. It's not constant, but it's there randomly, and it wasn't using my 3G.
Nothing changed but the phone. Could this be an iPhone issue, or possibly the USB cord Pioneer gave me with the head unit doesn't work as well with the iPhone 4, did something in the dock change?
When I turn my HTC one speaker up full and either play a game or listen to music, I get a crackling noise coming from the top speaker..
Granted, I will not be listening to music this loud normally, but I want to be sure that my phone is defect free, especially if I would like to sell it in the future.

Blackberry Curve 8520?Out of nowhere my phone started making weird crackling noises so i took out the battery, placed it back into the phone same problem but the red light was on so i tried twice more but longer periods with the battery out it wouldn't turn on and i just tried once more then it turned off completely no light. View 1 Replies View RelatedI use Podkicker and have never had an issue with past phones. I download casts. I don't stream them. Everything usually works fine. However, I have noticed that when wifi is toggled off, I get on and off crackling through the speaker. Strangely, when I turn the screen on it plays clearly but as soon as the screen shuts off it crackles again. I tried uninstalling the app and reinstalling to no avail. Should clearing the partition have any effect or is this possibly a hardware issue? Maybe the speaker is not getting enough power unless the screen or wifi is turned on? This is really annoying, especially while driving when I don't want my wifi scanning and I don't want to keep powering on the screen. I would hate to have to send the phone in for this. I would also hate to try a factory reset.

Still no matter what I do I get audio pops and crackles quite often listening to music. Its not constant but very noticeable and might be a deal breaker for me. 1st issue a text or tweet comes in and randomly the screen is in lock mode just flickering rapidly like its shorting out and goes on for up to 30 + seconds?
2nd issue is when calling out after 3rd ring on speakerphone the speaker starts crackling on the 4th and 5 + rings?
I am noticing some crackling in my top speaker when at maximum volume. (or even a couple clicks below) It only happens when I play certain things. Audio books seem to do it the most. Turning off the "Audio effects" option in settings seems to mitigate the problem, but doesn't make it go away entirely. I also notice some distortion at full volumes...
My other issue is when i turn the device to landscape and back while playing music or youtube the sound goes out for a second each time it moves from straight to landscape. Is this normal or should I do a warranty exchange?

It only does it if the screen is on. If I turn off the screen with music strwaming, it is fine. When I am in calls on speakerphone, it is fine. But when I watch a music video or listen to music while browsing, it crackles. I figure it can't be that the speaker is blown out since speakerphone and audio is fine with the screen off.
