I have a Z3+ and a Z3 tablet compact. When I tried to share by bluetooth some photo and video 4k that I recorded with the Z3+ on my Z3 tablet.
It's seem works fine but when I open the file got, the picture or the video is ruined at 99%.Whatever the file I share If I directly use bluetooth sharing, the result will be like this one.But If I share the same content using NFC, The files I got is fine.
My Z3+ and my Tablet are up to date, and even I reset them to factory, I encounter the same problem.Must be a bug of xperia software in Z3+..
I am using an LG G3 and I have tried multiple 64GB SD cards to no avail. When I try to place files on the SD card they corrupt, but only when the SD card is in the phone are they corrupted. I am using a SanDisk SD card that does not repeat this issue when used in other devices. I have tried reformatting the card multiple times, and I have tried adding files to the SD card from my computer directly, from my computer using the phone as a port, and over wireless using Google Play Music. Each method corrupts my music files as soon as the SD card is inserted into the phone.
My cousin (she has a Samsung Gravity) was saying we can share files through bluetooth? I remember doing it on my Sidekick, but now I can only receive files, not send?
sent an off market file to my phone via bluetooth which did not install because i had not unchecked the 'install off market' applications.after that i now cant find the files location to install it.
I have a sony ericsson xperia x8 with the new 2.1 update, i heard you can send files via bluetooth with the new update but when i try looking for options on how to send it..i can't. how to send files via bluetooth?
Unfortunately i can't send files from my vaio laptop to x10 via bluetooth. It gives me error that 'operation aborted'. I staged the hand set as bluetooth device on my notebook (paired). any more settings needed?
I am able to send files via Bluetooth but cannot receive, when I try to search for my phone using my friends phone it doesnt detect my phone. I am using all the right settings i have set the phone to visible nothing seems to work.
1) Camera is not working, i am not able to capture any pics....when i open the camera it is showing out of memory error.(I am having enoungh space in memory card) even though i am getting this error.
2) I am unable to send or receive any files through bluetooth.
First I was trying to pair the Xperia Pro with my laptop using Pc companion, but the software toldme that my equip doesn't support this. So, There's another way to exchange files between the mobile and laptop without use the bluetooh (too slow) or use the usb cable (this disable some apps)
After going through the update where it said that we could go now directly send and receive files using bluetooth but then I still can't seem to be able to use it. I have the options to send the files but whenever I do so it would say file transfer failed to the other phone I"m sending the file to. At bluetooth settings, it says 'paired but not connected'. Prior to update I was able to receive files but after so I can do neither.
I wonder why is it that I can't receive files from other devices thru bluetooth, though I already updated it to 2.1 and my bluetooth is already switched on. What should I do? Is it really like that? Do I need to download other stuffs first before I'll be able to receive datas such as pictures, songs, etc.?
Laptop: Acer Aspire 5002WLMi, Windows XP SP2 Smartphone: Blackberry Bold 9700 Network Device: Bluetooth, Wifi (ad-hoc not available for bold 9700?)
I am using my laptop for traveling and I use USB CDMA modem connection to connect to the internet. Recently my wife bought a Blackberry bold 9700 hoping that she could access internet without carrying her laptop while traveling with me, sharing the same connection from my laptop. I have been trying to use WiFi to connect my bold 9700 with my laptop using ad-hoc but it seems that bold 9700 does not support ad-hoc. Therefore I am trying another way to connect to the internet from my BB using my Bluetooth. I have linked my blackberry device through bluetooth and my laptop is currently connected to the internet.
I have been trying to use my wife's BB to connect to the internet using my laptop's bluetooth connection. But I could not get it to work. Before posting here, I have been searching everywhere on the web for a guide but I could not seems to find one. Could anyone guide me on how to share my laptop internet connection so that my BB could access the web using the same connection as my laptop? If bluetooth and WiFi doesn't work is there any other way? Using USB perhaps? In short: Laptop internet Connection > Share using ? and how? > BB's can browse the web without additional data plan.
When I plug my Torch 9800 into an external source i.e. my Hi fi the media corrupts and requires formatting. The device then fails to format.
I have continually tried and eventual the format have been successful but I then have to reload my music but again when i plug it into my Hi Fi it corrupts.
I have a strange problem with my 6220 classic (latest firmware 05.15.217.05). It seems that whenever I take a picture using the built in camera, the SD-card's filesystem gets more or less corrupted (the pictures are saved on an 8GB MicroSD card FAT32 formatted). When checking the filesystem after taking one ore more pictures using latest dosfsck (a unix tool), errors range from "Free cluster summary wrong" (which is more or less harmless), differing FATs, and truncated files (in all my test cases images that were just taken).Other applications are also affected: I had no voice in my navigation application until I repaired the file system using fsck.
i m running ICS 4.0.4 on my neo v. a couple of hours back i got this idea about sharing my PC's net connection with my phone via ad hoc. So i created an ad hoc network and turned on internet sharing.. while other PC's could easily connect to the network, my device wasn't even able to detect the ad hoc network.. so i tried a little googling and found that none of the android devices can detect ad hocs, neither are there any apps that can help do the job.
I want to share my mobile screen with PC over WiFi so that I will be able to see pics/video on PC just by playing on mobile. Is there any way I can do it. Is there any app.
After taking a picture, I want to share it. Thorugh FB is fine, e-mailing also. But sharing it on my blog doesn't work. When I try to (share -> Blogger), it says "No blogs found". I get "please create a blog on www.blogger.com" or the alternatives Go to Blogger/Switch account/Close.
If I //go to Blogger//, I have to sign in (which works fine), but then I'm in a list choosing between my blogs and can constinue to blog directly in my browser. That's not what I want to do...
If I //switch account//, I have my google-account chosen for me. Since I log on thourgh my hotmail-address, I go to -> manage accounts, where my FB-account is linked to my hotmail address. There I only get the option to create a new one or to delete an account. If I instead leave the chosen google-account, well... nothing happens.
If I want to upload a pic on FB via Xperia with Facebook, this specific app is missing from the share list of apps. Only option I have is through FB itself.
Tried removing the account and adding it back, cleared data and cache from FB app and cleared data from Xperia with Facebook via Titanium Backup. What is there to do?
Something changed on my Xperia Ray and I don't know what or why. For some reason, when I try to share an app from my Home Screen, the options menu that used to appear asking for how I would like to share is no longer there. It used to be that I could long click an app on my Home Screen and then drag it up to the top where it says "SHARE." Then an options menu would appear and I could select how I would like to share. Now, when I drag something over the "SHARE" area, a little dialog box appears saying "Creating Post." Then it says "Connection Error." I have tried factory reseting my phone and repairing my phone more times than I can count. I'm not sure where the problem is. I also notice, that some settings seem to stay with the phone even after a repair or factory reset. For example, I had to manually enter my APN information when I first got the phone. It is now already entered when I finish a repair. I don't know if this sharing problem is some deep setting that I can't reset or something else all together. It's a royal pain. I really liked and used this feature before and now it's gone!
i am reltively new with the x 10 Mine is just 2 months old And recently updated it to 2.1 But mediascape doesnt still have a option of selecting multiple files over bluetooth.... and i am still adding contacts to the senders list for an sms individually throught he addrecipients or edit recipients option...isnt there an option to mark recievers at one go as in normal phones..? this gives a big headache while sending sms to many people..i am currently using handscent sms but wanted to know if sony did provide a bug fix for th same,
The problem is that when I create my wifi hotspot for connecting my computer to, with network will be created but no internet is available over the connection. I've tried to connect multiple devices to my phones hotspot and none of them are able to access the internet.
I want to copy files on my micro sd card and delete other files. I read a lot about the problems with the micro sd card after kitkat. I tried several things. But I could not find a solution. On windows I can copy files on the micro sd card and delete - but as soon as I insert the card in the phone, everything is in the old condition. Any way, how I can easy change files on my micro sd with Lollipop 5.1.
