Feb 4, 2016Whenever i set up the exchange mail account, i have to set up a pin or password to unlock my phone. When i want to change back the pin / password to a pattern, i cant and it says: "disabled by administrator encryption policy or credential storage"
Normally the reply on this post would be, your company has set up these minimum requirements for security purposes and you cant put up the mail/agenda unless you accept the terms of the company.
The weird thing is, my company doesn't`t require any security measures at all. If you want to swipe to unlock, you can (well, other people can ).

I sent in the phone to my local Sony repair partner in Germany (w-support), who are returning the phone, saying it "meets the manufacturer's specifications." Â I can't believe this, the pictures look horrible!

The phone I now have is a replacement of a previous warranty case. I attached some pictures from the original phone and the new one (replacement).

I have the lastest pushed OSÂ (Lollipop 5.0.2 I believe?) and the problem also occurs after a complete reset of the phone. The camera on this phone is basically worthless with images looking like this.Â

May 21, 2011It took some time to upgrade to 2.1 and the process was not as straightforward as I had hoped but I eventually retrieved my contacts and re-installed my apps. Then I found a fundamental problem...I cannot answer any incoming calls!
When I swipe the bar across the screen to answer the phone it goes straight to voicemail. I have searched settings and cannot see why this is happening. Does anyone out there know what am doing or have done wrong?

Apr 21, 2012I can't seem to find anything on this. But apparently when my wife is on a voice call, spontaniously for no apparent reason the call will try to become a facetime call. In other words, she is talking to someone that does or does not have an iphone via voice, and the call gets interrupted as it tries to "dial" as a facetime call. I restored the software and it still does it. how to prevent it?

Oct 24, 2011When ever I try to unlock (dragging lock button from left to right) , I am unable to unlock in one go. It is taking multiple attemts to unlock my phone.I also observed that when I get to call, to cancel dragging the icon from right to left this is required multiple attempts.i.e many time dragging icon from right to left.
I don't know whether it is software problem or hardware. I have tried the repair operation also. my xperia neo is uptodate and running 2.3.4 os.I also tried to un install apps but I couldn't find any difference.Also once I unlock, those 5 screens, I can scroll inbetween and can touch home button. But when I long press on the screen to add widget/folder I am unable to do it as soon as I unlock phone. It is taking some time to respond.
As I purchased this phone in UK and using it in India, I am not sure how much service I can get in india from SE.I have bill for the mobile too.in other posts somebody told me to remove yahoo and i did the same but didn't find any difference.in short the touch scence is not responsive during unlock and for a while once get the home screen. I also installed andvance task killer app and killing apps frequently that also not making any help.
