After updating my Z2 (D6503) to Lollipop I got 'Invalid card' and no mobile signal, once in 1-2 days. After rebooting the phone everything is fine but just for 1-2 days. I've tired factory reset and pc companion repair but without success.

My phone (galaxy S5) worked very well with my carrier (Videotron). I had a problem connecting to the data so I called videotron and they told me to come in the store to fix it. Not really knowing what i was doing and being a little bit impatient I was looking through the settings of my phone, trying to figure out what was the problem, when I found the Activate this device tab. I then proceeded to clear my "cellular data'' by pressing the 3 dots on the top right corner. After this, it said ''invalid SIM card'' and I've reset de device twice, went to the videotron store, contacted Samsung. Still no solution.
View 5 Replies View RelatedI have a blacberry working with Orange France. I had an error message when I pulled out the battery (App Error 523, reset" ). So I send the firmware 8520M_PBr5.0.0_rel661_PL5.2.0.31_A5.0.0.411.exe, and he could start.
However, when I put my sim card (working on my nokia) , it doesn't work (invalid). I've asked for an unlock code, but when I enter it, the BB freeze (I always have 10 tries). I've tried with another simcard (Orange, SFR...) and the result is the same.
My iPhone 4 just stopped recieving a cellular signal. I've had the SIM card checked and that not the problem.

View 3 Replies View RelatedI am having an awful time loosing cellular data - can't send or receive text messages, use Safari or Find my Friends etc. I came into the forums looking for help and found posts about the personal hotspot constantly spinning. I looked at mine and it was too. I did a hard reset and it finally stopped. Immediately I got connectivity back. I don't know if that is causing my loosing internet or not but it seems coincidence that when it stopped spinning I got it back.Simply going into and out of airplane mode and toggling cellular data on and off never restores connectivity. Often it will restore when I leave the building. But I have 3-4 bars of signal and 4G listed as available when I'm inside.Also, something is chewing up my battery. I was at 100% when I left the house at 8 am and at 65% at 10 am with the phone sitting on the desk doing nothing.

i managed to lock myself out of my x10 with the pattern lock i have now sorted that by downloading new update for the phone but since then i have a red cross next to my signal bar no matter where i go i have no signal.

Since updating to lollipop i have had no mobile signal and the nfc icon keeps switching on and off. I have tried to hard reset my phone as will as factory reset and even reinstalled the firmware but to no avail. Tried putting another sim card in and still not working. everything was working fine on kitkat.

View 6 Replies View RelatedI've been having issues with my calls failing for about a week or two now. It doesn't happen every phone call. But when it does, it seems to be at the 0:22 or 2:00 mark of the call. Quite strange. Once it happens, it continues every call afterward until i do a battery pull.
And since I updated to 5.0.0.681 a couple days ago, twice or three times it's said "Invalid SIM Card" and I have to reboot my phone. Not sure the reasoning behind this. I saw a couple threads in the Storm and Curve boards but, didn't see any solutions. So, thought I'd ask here to see if anyone else has had similar issues.
I am trying to upgrade my BB Bold 9700 via the blackberry automatic web site. I also have downloaded the 9700 software from TMobile. I have upgraded and restored my BB9700 3x now and each time after upgrading, it prompts that my SIM card is invalid, and thus I do not get any service. I can restore my BB9700 to an older version, then everything works just fine. I don't get why I am unable to upgrade to the newest 5.0 software though?

I have a Lumia 1020 which I bought from O2 and subsequently unlocked it so I could use it with my Three sim. Everything had been working fine for 3-4 months, but after I updated to GDR3 (through the developer program) I now cannot access internet at all other than wi-fi.
On the top of the screen it says it's receiving an H+ signal and sometimes 3G - but whenever I try to browse the web or do anything data related, it won't work. I acquired the unlock code through eBay, but I don't think that's really relevant but thought I should add it.
The problem only started surfacing after I updated early to GDR3 (still no official update here in the U.K). Do you think this is a carrier related problem or software? I did put my old Pay-And-Go O2 sim in, and cellular data worked just fine. It's like it's unlocked (I can make calls with the Three sim) but it is not allowing me to use any data.

I live in Japan. I updated to Lumia Black the other day and since then my 1020 cannot find NTT Docomo cellular network. The 1020 finds other networks (JP Docomo) but not NTT Docomo.
So, I am unable to use the phone. I took the SIM card out and put it into my Lumia 620. The 620 is using Amber. It was able to find and use cellular services provided by NTT Docomo. So, Amber works; Black does not.
I updated my iPhone to 5.1.1 and cannot get a 3G signal and also cannot activate cellular data. The same problem happened to a friend of mine too.

View 7 Replies View RelatedMy x10 has always been saying I have no SIM card inserted even though I do and it works perfectly. My status bar always shows my connections to be changing all the time, going from 5 bars to 1 bar, to no connection then no sim card and all over again. I'm just wondering if it was the updates fault, and do I have to re-update or factory reset the phone. P.S the SIM card message disappears after a phone restart but will come right back once you put it to sleep.
View 9 Replies View RelatedOn my 701, having 111.020.307 firmware, after updating maps from 3.06 to 3.08, i am still getting notification to update to a lower version , and wheneva i try to update it, its update application works but nothing works and when i relaunch my store app , the update notification is still there. Anyone can kindly help me with this? oh and my maps app works perfectly normal and flawlessly. or is this a bug that i cannot help fix it?
P.s. I have attached sum screenshots of the process that i do.
I installed last update 3. something, and now it tells me my SD card is not installed. I tried reinstalling the update, and reinstalling the SD card, and nothing helped. I even reformated the card to see if it helped. It was working perfectly fine with previous version of OS.

Also if i try to connect my phone to pc vis usb cable it says 'please insert memory card and reinsert usb' tried this maybe 10 times nothing. So my question is how the **** do i get the phone to recognise that there is a memory card in it? I don't need the SD card for contacts etc as they've all been synced just really want my photos/music back & be able to use my camera again.

Ever since I have updated i cant get into my SD card on the Phone, or when I run PC companion. I have to slots here at home for me to test the card, but it was working absolutely fine until the update, honestly it was seconds afterwards it stopped working.
