I downloaded some official small apps like Mirror from Google Play Store, but they just don't appear when I tap their icons on the small app manager. However, those stock small apps like Active Clip work well. Also, I tried some third-party small apps. They won't show up through the small app manager unless they can be run once through the launcher first. My Z2 is on the latest 1.232 fw.

I downloaded three different file shareing apps on my Xoom and I can't get any of them to work. Then I downloaded a ping app and I noticed that I can't ping any devices on my network even tough I'm conected to the internet just fine. I've looked at all the blogs and can't figure this one out.

When my lockscreen doesn't work my small apps don't work to.
And Sometimes my homescreen is Just Black and when i try things like Google now(swyping up from home button) while my home screen is Black it only shows the animation and then turns black again.

View 2 Replies View RelatedWhen I download my photos to my computer, a few of the photos are accompanied by duplicates, each about 50KB or so. Their names do not begin with IMG, like the other photos, but are just a long string of digits. It happens with both still photos and videos, but not all of them, just about one in ten. I didn't do anything different with those photos, and can see no reason for a duplicate to be made.
Very strangely, the duplicates have different dates from the originals. For example the original was taken on 15th march, but the duplicate is dated 18th march.
This only started happening recently. Probably when I upgraded to Lollipop. What might this be?
I have been downloading games and apps and they are saved on my phone memory and now the phone memory is full when the sd card ( memory card) is empty . So is there a way I can get my x8 to install stuff on sd card or a way I can move them there?? Oh and im using Android 2.1.

View 3 Replies View RelatedI've had my nokia n97 mini for just over a month now and love it! but just a small issue with the apps.i've downloaded a couple but they havent appeared in my apps folder.so i went into : menu > settings > application mgr. > installrd apps most of the apps have what looks like a puzzle peice with a small red square in the bottom right corner of the "puzzel peice", however, the apps i have downloaded but werent showing in the apps folder had a little blue square instead of red.so im not sure what that means and i've searched the internet but could'nt find an answer! So if you can understand what im talking about your help would be much appreciated!

I have tried to repair it from my XP (since in Mac Bridge I did not find the option for repair) and it failed again with the above error.
I just downloaded the suggested update version 6.0 to my Bold 9700. I didn't touch it while it was loading. It took about 20 min or so, via my lap top.Then is showed downloaded update complete.Well, now my BB screen looks like a bunch of little colored crystals and doesn't work at all.

Is there any way that my deleted apps can be removed totally without evidence that I had it? Another question, are the deleted apps taking up space on the memory on my phone? Can I transfer them somewhere else?
