Motorola Droid Pro :: Bluetooth Turns Off Automatically In The Middle Of Calls?
Sep 19, 2011I have a Droid Pro and a 2011 GMC Sierra with Bluetooth. After about 4 days of using the bluetooth feature constantly, I was in the middle of a call and heard a very loud echo/feedback sound. I looked down and the green bar on my "bluetooth" button was out. This now happens frequently and the only way to get it to stop (temporarily) is to power down and remove the battery for a brief period of time. When this does happen, I can tap the button again and it will usually go back to bluetooth, but only for a minute or two, then it turns off again. I really need a remedy.

Jan 10, 2010Over the last 3 days ive noticed my phone using a lot more battery than it usually does, i can usually get upto 2 days battery usage when its used frequently, but it has been getting less than a day over the last 3 days.
I turned the phone off with the power button and tried to turn it on again, The instant i press the power button the screen turns on (stays black but becomes a dark grey with the backlight) for about 30 seconds, but nothing else happens, the screen turns off after those 30 seconds and its back to square 1.I have tried turning it on again without a sim card, or memory card, or both and still the same result

Oct 28, 2015My Z3 has been shutting down automatically. At first I was still able to turn it back on, but then would shut down within 5 min.
Afterwards, it would only be turned on a few seconds while charging. Now it wouldnt even turn on.

I've exposed my Z3 to water (warm) earlier but I am not sure if that is the issue since it still worked after.

May 20, 2010Have just got my new X6 and its great except that i am having problems with my connection to my bluetooth car kit. It connects fine and has paired with it but it seems to disconnecting every 25 seconds or so and then reconnecting 25 seconds later. Its driving me bananas cos each time it does it the radio cuts out. If i am on a call it seems to keep connection. I fell i may have missed a setting somewhere but cant find anything about this.

What's odd is that it stops doing it when my phone gets to 90%-charged. From 90% to 100%, it doesn't do it, but any percentage lower than 90%, it turns on about every 15-20 seconds and stays on for like 2 seconds, turns itself off, then turns on again 15 seconds later.I have browsed through the Settings pages, but can't find anything that looks like a way to stop this.

It does stay off if I insert it into a Blackberry belt holster, so as long as I leave it there, it's fine, but I want to take it out and not have the battery drain so quickly.
The only way I can ensure the screen is off when not in the holster is to power off, but I need my phone to be on 24/7 for business.

Aug 14, 2010I just got my new Captivate and it is a very nice phone. I have one issue with it and wanted to know if it is normal or do I have a defective phone. No matter where i am and what type of light I am in (i.e sunlight,darkness etc) the back light for the 4 buttons below the screen (Home, Menu,Search and back) turns off after about 2-3 seconds which is very quickly. It comes back on if I touch the buttons or if I touch the screen. I see a backlight timer for the screen but not for the touch sensitive buttons. Is it normal that the backlight for the buttons goes out in 2-3 seconds? Of do I have a defect?

Aug 15, 2014I have a HTC One M7 on AT&T. It's rooted running Android 4.3.
Just this past week, I have started having an issue with the volume of the built in speakers. I first noticed it on speakerphone. When Speakerphone is first activated and turned all the way, it is loud (as loud as it has always been since new) but then within about 1-2 seconds, it gets quite a bit softer. If I am in a very quiet location, it is loud enough to use, if the location has any noise above dead quiet, the speakerphone is too soft to use.
I can repeat this over and over again, turn off speakerphone, and turn on again and the same thing happens first loud then much softer in 1 to 2 seconds. Moving the volume slider using the side rocker does not make the sound any louder either. When it is on speakerphone and I move it down from 100% volume to 0% volume, it does not start to get softer until I get down to about 25%. When I move it from 0% up to 100%, it seems to stop getting louder at about 25%, almost like there is a volume limiter on it preventing it from getting too loud.
I though about a factory reset but I hate to have to go through the hassle of re-installing everything if this might be a hardware issue.
I also see a similar behavior in Sirius XM Radio where it is loud at first (when started with 100% volume) then it makes it much quieter

I seem to have a hardware issue on my phone. I am unable to switch off my phone. Every time I switch off, the phone turns back on in less than 2 seconds. How can Apple make such a device which turns defective within two months?

Apr 19, 2012I am using a 32G iPhone 4S and running IOS 5.1 (9B179), No jailbreaking. Sometimes I turned off 3G and Cellular Data in "Settings" - "General" - "Network" - "Enable 3G" & "Cellular Data". (for longer battery life outside...) I found that after a period of time (such as one day), the 3G will be enabled but "Cellular Data" still off. I have encountered this issue twice. I am sure I did not touch any settings during this time. Is it a bug in 9B179?
