I have updated to 2.1 and since I have done this the contacts are all messed up How can i remove all of them in the phone , as then i could import the file from my memory card

I have some contacts in my contact list(almost all) which are repeated twice. Some are even dupliacted 3-4 times. I tried looking into it. Disabled Skype sync. I am not able to make sure from where are these contacts egtting repeated.

View 1 Replies View RelatedI've created Contact Groups that are placed under Phone Contacts (Not Gmail Contacts!).Now I try to delete them and they do disappear from my apps like Contacts GroupU.But if you check the View Contacts - Display Contacts - Phone Contacts from the Phonebook (top left icon in Contactlist) all groups are still there.Some that were created twice are even listed double.I would like to know how I can remove those groups from the list.If I keep a group from the Gmail lst pressed, then I get a popup offering me to delete the sync group.I hope you understand my problem. With some when I try to ring by touching the number on the screen it rings normally with others I get a screen asking me to "Complete action using" and then there is a list of options g mail, messaging but not ring phone number. The solution is to go to Settings > Sony Ericsson > Email > Remove account
The problem is that there is no "Email" option under "Sony Ericsson.
Is there any way to remove preinstalled apps? I have several that came with the phone.e.g.the sims demo, uno trial, and so on. 1. laggy response form touchscreen.
2. calendar sync (it doesn't show name of events from Facebook only shows events bar with no name on it...)

There are fake contacts and pictures and messages that I manually deleted and they came back. I don't see an option for demo removal in settings but this did not happen tome with the first 1020 I owned.
View 1 Replies View RelatedI activate timescape and it tooks all my facebook contacts and put it in the adress book of my phone, and now i can not see my sim contacts. how can I undo this, I already turn off facebook in timescape, maybe i should delete it for now as i don't use it, i like to keep my phone contact separate from facebook and access facebook only when i need it. and now i can't configure presonal ring for the people i have in my phone book, because it took all the facebook information and its with timescape and dosn't have an option to set a ring for the contact in edit part i just can add it to favorites o delete contact. and i still can not see my sim contacts they are somewhere because when i tap a name in search bar it shows me the contact and phone, but i'd like to see what i have.
