Oct 11, 2010My previous phone was a Palm Centro and I needed a new phone because the power button was very difficult to activate.On my Centro, I was able to create a personal apps folder of the apps I use the most. The Quick Start guide that came with my phone has two pages expplaining basic functions. One box shows being able to Move/Delete Icons, but it only shows how to delete them. Use the long Touvh to move it to the trash can icon. But I don't want to delete them, I want to move or copy them to a personal apps folder.

Sep 12, 2014I had an iPhone 5s which I broke so I am using a friend's old Galaxy and am debating on getting the iPhone 6, but one thing I REALLY like about Android is the fact that it automatically places photos generated by certain apps into their own albums, in particular WhatsApp and Viber. On my iPhone these pics would just get intermingled in the Camera Roll album. I read another post that said this was the responsibility of the app developer to make that possible. Why they would make it possible for Android and not iOS?

Jan 20, 2012I was trying to create a sub folder in my address book & now I can't find my original add book. The add book icon is still there, but there are no contacts in it. The best i remember i hit filter and chose business & typed in a name for what i thought would be a new folder or group. i'm not sure what happened, but I can't see any of my contacts. I have switched from personl to business & back again & it says "no contacts" on both. But if I go to email & put in a letter all of my old contacts that begin with that letter show up. & my speed dials still work. But if i go to sms/mms & do compose sms it shows "No Addresses"....well I spoke too soon...now if i go to email & type in a letter it don't show a list of ppl that begin with that letter.... I have tried taking the battery out with the phone off & on & it's still the same....

Apr 20, 2012I am trying to make Picasa webalbums appear in Gallery, but unfortunately not all of the albums appear. I have enabled Picasa sync from Settings, however the sync icon never diappears. Even when I disable and re-enable Picasa sync, the icon will rotate for a few seconds and then it will stop. It will not disappear as it would normally do after a full sync (that's what happens when calendar, or contacts finishes syncing)
Now, in Gallery, only few of my Webalbums appear. The funny thing is that as the albums load on to the screen some Album Titles flash on the screen quickly, BUT when the loading completes, these albums are nowhere to be found in Gallery.

Jun 3, 2012Tried to upload pics directly from phone (gallery) to my Picasa albums for the first time today.It takes me to the screen where it asks for Caption. My Google account shows on this page. However no album appears in the drop down list. When I'm done with this screen a message saying: "Failed to retreive account information" is displayed below briefly. The sharing/sync of course does not happen.I was using Picasa to upload my pics with my previous Android, with the same account. Why isn't it working with the Ray?

The problem is that most of my albums are mixed CDs, and they skip between tracks when I play them on the NEO.It's driving me crazy! Since I usually pick an album and want to hear it start to finish, this is really annoying ... is there anything I can do, other than set up a playlist for every multidisc album?
