I understand that a hardware reset can be done on a X10 mini (which I have done that on my other phone) due to the fact that the battery is built-in. How about the X10 ????

View 5 Replies View RelatedI was unable to update my iOs by just using my phone, so I plug it to my computer on itunes but the internet connection here is quite poor, so I have to wait for 4 hours to complete my 802.8mb software update download, I plugged my phone in the computer at almost 75% battery charge, so if i wait until the software was fully downloaded my phone will be plugged for almost 3 hours and will be over-charged. does an iphone 4s battery be overcharged? or is it okay to plug it in a long time even if the battery reached its 100% charging level? and does it affect my battery life?

The dreaded fast battery drain finally starting happening to me the past couple of days. Last night I checked the battery usage and noticed something called 'RILD' was using up 14% of my battery life. What is it? Can you get rid of it? Why was it appearing last night but today after power cycling my phone it's no longer on the list of battery uses?
In addition I noticed that it seems to be taking much longer to charge my battery now than it did before. My car charger seems to be ineffective at charging even though it appears to be working correctly. The light on the charger is lighting up and my phone's indicator is showing it as being charged. But after 30 minutes of charging it hasn't budged the battery meter one iota.
Luckily, I have a friend's battery until my replacement phone arrives tomorrow, but there's no way for me to transfer my contacts over. Is there any way, short of taking down each contact by hand, that I can back up my contacts?

View 1 Replies View RelatedI always walk around listening to audiobooks and podcasts.I also use the camera in my phone.But every single time i take a picture, the audioplayer stops.I then have to browse back to the audioplayer and restart it, and then browse back to the camera again.
And everytime i take a picture the whole BS starts over again.
This has never been a problem with my old "stupid" phone.

I have upgraded my SK17i to ICS when I first bought it and update it again with 587 update last months. But my phone have this lag problem so, I thought I repair it via PC Companion today. The problem is, phase 3 (updating) phase doesn't seems to progress. The progress bar is at zero for an hour now and my internet is connected.
Update: This is taking too long for me to wait, I'm cancelling the update by clicking the [x] button. I hope it doesn't touch anything on the system and just downloading the update file.
Update 2: I cannot boot my phone now, it shows yellow triangle with exlamation mark.
I have been having real problems with the picture quality when you take pictures of documents. As I am a student, this is quite a big deal for me. Whenever I take pictures of like notes and stuff (in the document mode), the quality is great, but when it comes to zooming in, the pixels don't clear up at all, they remain blurry, so in the end the document mode is a complete useless tool! I have seen other phones like the Iphone 4 or the blackberry torch have great quality even when zoomed in, the pixels clear up. I thought sony was known for its camera!
