I have the problem with the SD memory card on repeated occasions as an error message that says that this damaged after this has touched me sd memory format it appears.
Whilst I'm using my phone, a message comes in the taskbar and says that the SD card has been removed unexpectedly whereas I have not removed it. It also restarts my phone by itself and all the apps that are stored on the SD card are no longer visible.
i have had my sony ericsson xperia 10 mini pro for nearly 2 months now, recently though i cannot play any music or use the camera because it keeps saying please insert memory card even though there is a memory card in,which has been working fine up until now. I have tried everything but with no joy.
I failed to upgrade to 2.1 and since then i have lost all emails, unable to reset my account. In addition i am unable to do manual back up as it says no backup files found and SD card blank.I put the sd card into my laptop and there are files on there.
For last 2 weeks I've had a SIM card error message on my Torch 9800. It also shows an SOS message where the signal strength should be. The error message goes away when I'm in range of a wireless network which my phone has been set up for (my home, and where I work). Otherwise it won't receive/sent messages when I'm outside one of these zones. I've had tried opening the phone up and removing/reinserting the SIM card. It doesn't work. Now I have a phone that pretty much doesn't work, except in very small zones. What can I do to get my phone fixed. Does this sound like something I can do myself, or do I need to send it to RIM to be fixed.
I removed my media card, transferred some pics to my computer, then re-inserted my media card. Have done this dozens of times, but this time when I re-inserted the media card I got a message saying "Media card inserted contains errors please use a disk error-checking utility on a computer." I have no idea what this means.
My Blackberry Bold keeps sending me a message saying my media card has failed because it has a fatal error. I have lost my photos and music. What do I do to repair?
I have a problem with my 9860's Memory card. I bought the phone on July 2012, and it work perfectly before. Until this couple of days it started to have problem. I just upgraded my Os to os 7.1 bundle 2061 (v7.1.0.714, platform 5.1.0.532) last week. And after that I felt the error started to appears. It happened to my wife's 9860 also. luckily I cold manage to restore the picture and file. And today the problem occur again. The picture in my media card are showing when I open the library, but when I open the file it got corrupted or it showed correctly and then disappear from the screen.
I have a SE X10 from ATnT USA and I just flashed/debranded it so I could update to 2.1 using avinciteam.com. I followed all the steps and flashed using "X10a 2.0.A.0.504 0001 CUSTOMIZED BR". The client said everything was complete. I unplugged, and turned my phone on. And now it says there is no SIM card in my phone, and only offers emergency calls... when there is in fact a SIM card in there. I've been troubleshooting with their support team and reflashing, and still no luck. I have tried numerous other SIM cards, nothing. I think the SIM card reader has gone dead.
Since i've installed the 5.1.1 update, i'm facig troubles with my sdcard : at boot time, the phone reports the sdcard is broken and need to be formatted.
If i pull out the sdcard from the slot and then insert it back, everything is fine, the problem is only when i boot the phone. Â Another strange thing : if i power off my phone and plug it to charge it, it boot instead of showing the battery charging animation.
Recently, I have problem with my SIM card with Z3. It sometimes shows "no SIM card" after using for a while. I cannot call and no mobile network. It becomes normal after I restart. I hope it is not the hardware issue.
My model is X10i Firmware 2.1 update1 I am getting this error message in every mints " Could not download message, please try again later ". When my WiFi is on, the message disappear and stop pop-up. It seems like never-end downloading!
I'm having major trouble with the new update on my Z3+. I upgraded to Android 5.02 this morning and my phone keeps coming up with the "Unfortunately Google Play Services has stopped" error message over and over again. Also my 4g has slowed down to a crawl (despite showing 4g next to my signal bar), my signal hasn't been higher than 2 bars all day, where it's normally full and a lot of my apps that use data aren't working at all - 9gag, maps etc.
My Nokia E52 is facing a problem lately, it says "Remove memory card and press ok" continuosly, I remove the memory card and then press ok, but nothing happens. I put it back and that error message comes again and again . My memory card is SanDisk 2gb and was working properly till a few days ago. Strange because sometimes the memory card works for a few hours than stops working and says the error message.
I've had my xperia x8 since june no problems at all until sunday....I let the phone run out of battery...(the battery life is pretty awful even after all the tips) and when I charged it and turned it on it said it was preparing sd card checking for errors on the notification bit. Its not said that since i had it intitially. This notification did not go away and actually made my phone slow down then go blank then behave completely irratically (almost like a computer does when its being affected by a virus)
I tried turning off ...taking out battery...taking out sd card..taking out sim card...turning on...and a combination of all these to see if it changed but it just keeps preparing sd card /checking sd card for errors....it was fine the other day what has changed?
This message is useful once, and then becomes pointless and annoying. I'm not going to install an SD card, and I'm not going to delete data when I still have multiple GB free. How to disable this silly message....
I set up my email account again. I can receive emails ok, but cannot set up the outgoing mail. I get error message 'cannot connect to server'. I put in the exact info that I put in before but not working. My provider is Nildram. They've been taken over by Opal and now Talk Talk.
I'm trying to update my Sony Xperia X10 but I keep getting a message on PC Companion, which says "Unable to install or start phone software update components." I've restarted my computer AND the phone and it makes no difference...
Since I made the lollipop 5.1.1 update on my Xperia Z2, I cannot use my camera. When I take a picture, it's automatically deleted and my phone displays an error message. I tried to force stop and clear data in the setting menu and restart the phone but nothing worked.
So, the first day with my new Z3+ - and the camera app won't even start. The phone is not too hot, I've tried the Norwegian reset (turn the phone off then on) and the camera app still won't start. All I get is an error message telling me Camera has been stopped.Â
I was trying to update my z3 dual from .74 firmware to . 96 via ota but everytime it finish could not verify error comes and you have to re download all over to try again, it's a bit frustrating, I read some having the same issue and try their methods but fail, is there a way to solve this without resetting or flashing device?
When I try to add a second call "could not switch calls" is the error message that always appears.I checked the status with my network provider and my call conference service is active from their side.
