So, I flashed my x10a to x10i and I like the Gingerbread launcher, but I favour the previous Arc launcher that I had on 2.1.
Is it possible to just change the launcher without installing a complete ROM?
Came to use my MA for my ride into work this morning, and the screen simply says "The application Launcher (process com.android.launcher) has stopped unexpectedly. Please try again" and has a force close button.Hitting the Force Close causes the message to re-appear.Powering off and back on again, causes the message to re-appear.Is there a way to reset the device using the buttons (I have no menus, navigation or anything other than the message above so cant go to the config to do a factory reset).

I now have 7 pages of apps, and there is no way to go directly to any particular page.. I am tired of always swiping through page after page. It won't even loop around, so if I'm on the first page and want to go to the last, I can't just go backwards one page.
All of the things I've found to change the launcher also change the home screen. I don't want to change anything but the launcher.Does anyone know if a way to change the app launcher screen without changing anything else? I would love to have the ability to go directly to a page and to have the pages loop.. or, one or the other even. Or else perhaps a 4x4 grid instead of 3x4.
I recently update a xperia Neo to ICS and I like to change the camera launcher button of the lockscreen. I need the silent/bibrator button at the lockscreen because the camera launcher it's most useless. It's essential to have a quick silent button for me.I search at settings/security/lockscreen but I don't see any option like change launcher aplication.

I went to settings to change the launcher from Launcher3 (Turbo's default launcher) to Google. When I went in to the settings screen, the "Home" option was no longer available.
I tried force stopping and clearing memory on Launcher3 as well as Google App, but the Home option still isn't showing up.
Does the Turbo not have the ability to change the Launcher to the standard Google launcher? I miss swiping right to get to my Google Now cards .

Yesterday I downloaded and saved Go Launcher V2.77 from the PC and installed it. Thereafter I uninstalled V2.65 as I thought it was not required any more. I also deleted the app from my phone. Now I cannot access my home screen. Its blank. I can pull down the dropdown and it shows me the "Advanced Task Killer" app and the "2x Battery" app icons.How can I get back my home screen???? View 1 Replies View RelatedI'm on the latest official ICS 4.0.4. I was using the stock weather widget when using the stock Xperia Home Launcher. I just changed to Nova Launcher, which I find better than the stock launcher. However, now I find that I cannot access the Weather Widget from the Widget Menu. Most/all other widgets seem to be listed there, but the weather widget is missing!
Is there any way I can get this widget on Nova? I really liked that widget, and it seemed fairly accurate too. But I don't want to get back to the stock launcher just for it.
I know the stock Weather Widget is from Accuweather, but I am unable to find the same same widget on the Android Market. Screen showing 2 widgets in question below:
It seems strange, but I like the version 2.1 and the standard launcher, adapt perfectly to the x10 mini pro. So I have a question: The standard Launcher is very sensitive to touch, that is, when I change screen, it just goes to the editing widgets. I'm not getting much time with his finger on the screen.

My s6 keeps periodically prompting me to choose a default launcher. Phone worked fine yesterday and now today all of a sudden it can't remember what launcher I set as a preference. Periodically when I press the home button I am asked to choose between the normal touchwhiz launcher and the touchwhiz easy launcher. It is pretty annoying. I have no 3rd party launchersupplies installed I just don't understand.
