I can't seem to charge my X10 in the car. I have tried tried three different chargers, including the official one for the X10. Just trying see if anyone else is having this issue or could provide some insight.
View 1 RepliesSince some time ago i've noticed that my X8 stopped charging from USB. When i first got the phone, it charged fine. I've charget it from USB couple of times, but mainly used the outlet charger.Now when i connect the USB it starts to drain battery even more and continues to do so untill i restart the phone. I've tried different cables with same result. When i connect the phone it shows an usual popup asking what i would like to do. regardles of what i choose i get the same result.
On some forum i've encountered a tip to remove the SD Card and try to charge the phone. I did that. At first it looked like it really started to get the charge. (level 72%, I'm using battery monitor widget and it showed that the current changed positive.But after a few minuted it stopped doing so and turned negative again. (Level 66%) i've restarted the phone, and the level dropped to 62%...Some time ago i've changed the stock 2GB card to a 16Gb kingston card.
My phone won't charge at all. I've plugged it into various devices with usb slots, and it still wont charge.Also when I try to use pc companion to attempt to repair it, it says no phone connected

View 9 Replies View RelatedI have had my x10 now about 2months, I plugged it in to get its usual boost and nothing no LED come on, now status bar notification nothing. I have tried the wall charger and I have charged the USB charge and still nothing. I have purchased a new battery and that is now dead and no it won't charge! I am confused when you plug the charger in it starts the phone as it would normally, but then the phone shuts down because it has no battery. I have read on the internet that this is a seemingly common fault with the X10 and have red that you should factory reset, cant battery is dead.I wondered if anyone else has had this problem and if/or they fixed it, got it fixed and how?

View 9 Replies View RelatedThe battery was about 10%, and I was downloading a game. All of the sudden, it froze and after a few seconds it turned itself off. I triend to turn it on, but I couldn't, so I thought battery died, and I left it on the charger over night. In the morning, it still couldn't turn it on, and anything I triend didn't work.When I press and hold the ON/OFF button, it just vibrates shortly and nothing happens. If I repeat that, it won't even vibrate until I pull the battery off, than put it back, and try again. Won't charge on the charger, won't charge on USB cable, won't turn on. I don't know what to do, I already tried Hardwer Reset (with and without charger) - didn't work, tried connecting it to the USB and holding the BACK button - still nothing. Sometimes, when I try to turn it on, it won't vibrate, and the red light flashes (that means the battery is low, right?). Sometimes it doesn't react at all, no vibration, no red light, nothing.

My family owns two Xperia Active phones. One of them has suddently stopped charging - when the charger is plugged in the phone shows no sign of receiving external power, the battery just fades out and dies. The fault is almost surely in the phone, as both batteries and chargers work fine in the other phone. Firmware has been updated.

Soetimeswhen i move the cable (Where it connects to the phone) around abit I can get a charge but lately nothing at all. Tried other usb cords and battery's and still nothing. At first, I get on the phone the normal message showing me 3 options "Connect to Computer", "Install PC Companion" or "Charge phone". When I select charge phone, it seem as if it were charging normally: the charging LED goes on, the battery icon on the top right of the screen changes as if it were charging too. But the battery charge percentage keeps going down and down. If I plug the phone at home (AC adaptor), it charges OK. Also in the car, with the car adaptor. But no way with USB.

View 3 Replies View RelatedI have updated my SK17i to ICS from GB over the past weekend and now when I connect it to a PC without admin privilege, it prompts for admin login to install driver which wasn't required under GB. I can pass up on making a data connection to the PC (though it would be nice to have), but right now without installing the driver the phone won't even charge.
