It's happened to me before when pairing with a new device then once disconnecting the device the Bluetooth won't turn back on again. Some how in the past I was able to get it working again but not this time.

View 2 Replies View RelatedI'm curious about one thing, have problems with Wifi and Bluetooth? For example, my Wifi and Bluetooth are not turning on at all and this happened after update, but i think, maybe my antenna is dead or maybe, there's a problem with chipset. How do I know if it's an update or it's my phone....
View 6 Replies View RelatedWhen turning on the bluetooth on my Xperia Z3 I get a few devices. When using my Galaxy S II however, I get many more, and it picks up my bluetooth headphones as well. So this seems to be the issue with my Z3. What to do to see all the bluetooth devices?
View 5 Replies View RelatedDisappointed there is no zoom facility on my new xperia play. Do you know if there is any app available to create a zoom for TAKING videos (not editing) or if there is any thing forthcoming in software updates that will remedy this?
View 3 Replies View RelatedUnfortunately I cracked the screen on my Z3 (gutted) and although I can see everything, the swipe facility no longer works at all. I backed up all my information to my laptop and transferred all my photos off through PC companion, and I just about managed to power down the phone. The thing is I have an offer on the table for spares or repair, but due to the swipe facilty not working I cant do a normal factory reset.

View 1 Replies View RelatedIs it possible to disable all the telephony functions of the Xperia Ray and still be able to listen to FM radio ? (to improve battery life)
"Plane mode" is unfortunately not an option as it doesn't allow listening to the radio... (whereas it allows you to connect yourself to a Wi-fi network or to receive GPS signals, for instance) Would be great if there was a widget "Enable/Disable GSM networks" or something like that, as there is for other functions... but I couldn't find such a thing.
I know how to turn bluetooth on and off, but is there a shortcut key to do it - like holding down Q is for silent mode/Normal mode?
View 3 Replies View RelatedSo bluetooth has been turning it's self off randomly. When I try to connect my ps4 controller via bluetooth I connect and move around for 5 seconds then bluetooth turns off. It's not the controller because I can turn it on and sit at the bluetooth screen and wait abit, then it turns off for 1/2 seconds, says "turning on bluetooth" then repeats the cycle. I just updated to lollipop hoping it would fix it but no luck. I even did a factory reset. The BLE app didn't fix it either.
View 10 Replies View RelatedI've paired my Lumia 900 with my 2012 Jeep UConnect system but the Bluetooth randomly turns off. Often when I enter the car I must go to Settings and turn on Bluetooth which will then connect correctly. Is this a known problem or do I have a bad phone?
View 5 Replies View RelatedA short time ago i upgraded to firmware I9100BUKI1 and today i tried to use Bluetooth for the first time since then to send a file. When the sending was half finished the phone restarted and then it kept restarting once a minute (basically right after turning on).So i turned it off completely and then turned it back on and it seems to be fine. But if i try to turn on Bluetooth the same thing repeats

View 4 Replies View RelatedI have added my laptop to HandsFree list in my phone. And as soon as I turn on bluetooth on phone, it autoconnects to HF gateway. I don't want this. Can I configure my phone or PC to not do so. I prefere to connect HF not sooner than I will connect manually from phone, I make a phone call, or I play an audio file on phone. As I noticed active HF service limits BT bandwith drastically.

This is my second Atrix. It is failing to turn on its' Bluetooth radio. I go to Settings > Wireless & Networks > Bluetooth (and Bluetooth Settings) and try to turn Bluetooth on. It indicates that it's turning on Bluetooth and then it fails, returning to the "Turn on bluetooth" message. I've rebooted, done a battery pull, tried to turn it on from Airplane mode...everything short of a factory reset (because I really really really don't want to set this thing up from scratch again!).

I recently bought an unlocked Lumia 900 in Australia and run it on the Telstra Network. I find it very irritating that the phone has no facility for date and time to be set from the network, particularly as my Lumia 800 did have this facility, as have alll my smartphones for the last few years, including iPhones and various flavours of Android phones, all on the Telstra network. Why does the Lumia 900 not have this facility as it is definitely supported both by the Telstra network and by the previous Lumia 800. It also doesnt help that the Lumia 900 is very inaccurate without this facility. It is beyond belief that the phone does not have what I consider to be basic, taken for granted functionality.

View 3 Replies View RelatedI have just changed from a BlackBerry to the htc Desire S & am having all sorts of problems trying to persuade it to deal with my pop3 emails. I've religiously followed the instructions & the Incoming settings are accepted but when I put in the Outgoing details it always comes up with "Your outgoing server does not support authentication. Please verify your outgoing server settings". I am not a computer/phone expert but managed to set up my BlackBerry without any problem. In this case, after several failures I copied the settings as in my Outlook Internet email settings. No luck.I contacted the technical dept of Zen (the ISP) they were very knowledgeable & helpful but, after 90 minutes effort finally gave up.
All instructions on the htc site just repeat the user manual instructions which, in this case, does not work. I've emailed htc but have received no reply. I contacted the service provider - Vodafone. They advised that it is difficult to operate pop3 emails with the standard mobile phone Server port at 25 & suggested that I if I wish to use my business email address (rather that getting a new gmail one) then I would be best advised to return the phone & get a new BlackBerry. I find it hard to believe that it is not possible to receive & send normal emails on a modern smartphone & am hoping that someone may be able to guide my through an installation/troubleshooting process that will work.
