facebook app not working in my neo v after ics update..i have tried repairing the phone by sony pc companion ..but the problem still persists i use a wifi in my campus iit kgp..every others work fine..and i have tried even with gps but the facebook app donot work please help..and also the phone dialer is too slow?
View 2 Repliesearlier on today I decided to update my device firmware. I have a Curve 9300 and I installed the software version 6.0 bundle 2949. Since doing this, the facebook app tells me "You are currently on a service plan that does not support this application, connect to a Wi-Fi network or contact your service provider to upgrade your data plan."
Facebook has always worked up until the moment I updated my device. I have tried reinstalling the Facebook app. Removing and replacing the battery. Reseting the device.I can connect to facebook via the Wi-Fi, but not through the mobile network (Vodafone UK).
I am sure this has been posted. I've searched for a few posts but haven't yet been able to find a solution.I have a Blackberry Torch 9800 with AT&T and just got the software update. I can login to Gmail and use the internet however when I go to log-in to Twitter and Facebook I get the message"you are currently on a sevice plan that does not support this apllication, please connect to a wifi network or contact your service provider to upgrade your dataï

View 9 Replies View RelatedWhen I actually do bring up the facebook application it acts ok.The one thing this x10i can't do is upgrade to adobe flashplayer. There are places that tell me I don't have video on my phone in order to view the news clip or whatever.It's not a big deal to me and don't really need it. turn off the facebook "unable to update" in my notifications, without removing facebook entirely.

View 3 Replies View RelatedI've been facing few issues ever since I got my NeoV upgraded to ICS 4.0.3 1. Facebook sync was draining battery; when I went to battery usage section it said Facebook sync used 98%. It had downloaded over 200MB. In 20Mins my fully charged phone went to 4% and phone was terribly heated up. 2. Calendar widget does not show Facebook calendar items. But Calendar app shows all tasks and other items. 3. Phonebook does not sync with Facebook Inside Xperia properly, though it shows Facebook profile and photo tabs on the contact it does not show contact picture. I have almost tried everything possible what I know to fix this Facebook account was removed and readded to sync again. Facebook Integration was disabled and enabled. Repaired the phone using Update Service. Got upgrade to ICS 4.0.4, Still no go. Finally did a phone repair again, selected Factory Reset option..issues persist. I currently got Facebook Integration disabled and Facebook sync disabled to to ensure smooth working of my phone.

I can see my own profile ı can see the messages but I can't see or refresh the home page (news feed). I returned my phone to the factory settings and reset all data. No location data at all.I now realize that this is the first time I have tried GPS since the update and repeated tries with GPS Test and Maps shows no location. GPS Test shows 8 satellites available and using - but no location at all. View 9 Replies View Related few days ago I've made a discussion here about the GPS of my Mini, that wasn't working good after an update. Before the update, it got locked on 30 seconds(max) in a cold start, and in a normal start, in about 5~10 seconds. After the update in the same conditions and same place, in a cold start, it takes around 1~2 minutes, and in a normal start it takes around 30 seconds. That's not normal, my friend has a Mini too and he is with the same firmware and his lock time on a cold start is around 25~30 seconds and on a normal start 5~10 seconds. I get the phone to the SE assistance, after 1 day they told me that was a firmware trouble and updated it again, but the phone still the same.
What should I do?
I recently got my x10i from a friend who had never updated it from the original 1.6 android version that it came with, so i have updated to the recent gingerbread update. The problem is that since the update, the buil in camera app will open, but as soon as i press the shutter button (or use the touch function) to take a picture it hangs and won't do anything until i exit. All the while it is hanging it is actively displaying whatever i point it at, but it won't take a picture. The annoying thing is that other camera apps such as camera360 work fine and will take photos, but i want to be able to use the face recognition and video functionality of the built in app.

View 6 Replies View RelatedXperia Mini Pro (SK17i); I upgrade to ICS (4.0.4), Build Number: 4.1.B.0.431. After that Notification LED is not working for MISSED call, SMS Alert etc. when screen is OFF. However, it is working for Charging and E-mail (using K9). Checked in Service Menu and all the LED are working fine.
All the LEDs were working when using Gingerbread (2.3). Only after upgrading to ICS it is not working. Is this an issue with ICS?
My phone is Neo from 2011. I have uninstalled the flash app, and then reinstalled, even installed chrome browser, but I only see a small icon with an arrow, where flash should be plaing. I have been in settings to see that it is enabled.
