SONY XPERIA NEO L: Timescape displays "Sony Ericsson Xperia Play" on Facebook status update. I really got annoyed when I saw my status update on facebook with this while I'm not using Xperia play but rather Xperia Neo L. Is it possible to change it because I'm not using Xperia Play.

View 1 Replies View RelatedFirstly, when I watch video on youtube about 4-6 clips - the error message appear: "Please touch to try again" - even I touch multiple times it still can not play.
Then, I go to the Video App (Sony), surprisingly, the video didn't play. It appear an error message: "Can not play this video" - I try with every single video on my phone and still has the same error message.
And more surprisingly, even the video on facebook have the same problem too.
So it must be like: If I watch video on any app, suddenly the clip can not play or just keep loading infinity, these app will be "infected" immideately (at the same time as well). The only thing I can do is reboot the phone.
I know reboot phone is just spend my little time around 15-30 seconds maybe. But it is very annoying to happen with very frequently.
Anybody here tried to play music through the Sony Ericsson MBS 100?

View 1 Replies View RelatedI just tried to install the Ice Cream Sandwich unofficial firmware and when I tried to reboot it got stuck on the Sony Ericsson screen. Taking out the battery doesnt help, neither does doing any combination of buttons to get to the boot menu. I have Clockword Mod Recovery, but I cant reach that either. I did keep backups, but since I cant reach the phone in anyway, I cant enable them.

View 3 Replies View RelatedI just purchased a new Sony Xperia Play & I love the phone minus a few things and one of them is the screen brightness, I just updated to the latest OS and It is very annoying when the screen is so dark until you hold it up to the light and then it is bright again, This was to be the replacement of my X10 and if I could get the screen brightness issue fixed I would be a happy camper. I searched and see there is only one fix for it right now and that is to root your phone and apply the fix but I do not want to attempt to do that quite yet. If anyone has heard if Sony plans on fixing this or if there is another way around it please let me know for I am still looking at the new Samsung Galaxy II Infuse 4G which was my other option other than the Play.
View 8 Replies View RelatedI've just re-updated my X10 Mini to see if it would run any smoother. Since then I cannot access the Sony Ericsson sync. I've tried adding the account in settings > Accounts & sync > Add account > Sony Ericsson sync, it goes to the Sont Ericsson login screen and will not go past that after I have enterewd my details, or5 it redirects me to the login to the website dashboard. I'm getting no opportunity to authorise the account and now I cannnoot sync my contacts as I don't use the Google account for that.

- Very laggy menu and homescreen slide animation
- Not smooth kinetic scrool
- Camera video recorder is too laggy
- All 2D games as Angry Birds as are not playing smoothly
- All 3D games have a big RAM problem.
I've tested ICS with factory settings and cleaned SD card. Also wiped all data. Same problems appeared.I've also Class 10 SD card.All of these problems fixing when i use Android 2.3.4 Gingerbread.

I'm quite bummed that the new fw doesn't allow manual installation for the Facebook app I've been using since the last fw. It's strange that after the fw update my APAC-ANZ doesn't come with it while another phone with the same CDA and fw does. Actually it does allow manual installation, it just doesn't integrate itself with the phone anymore, ie. able to log on but I can't view any of the pictures, there's no Facebook link for 'send to' in the photo gallery which used to allow me to upload photos directly to my Facebook page etc. Am kinda wondering if any of you kind souls could help me out with this.

Since I use Facebook App for Android on my Xperia Pro for posting status message, I never see that Xperia Brand appears on status message indicator on the bottom of the status, e.g. 1 minute ago via Xperia. Whereas, other Xperia smartphones such as Arc, Mini Pro, etc, no problem was found (the brand appears).
