Sometimes it will work for about 8 hours and then it stops working again. I have deleted and reinstalled the standard email app, cleared caches, and dumped all downloaded apps as well as starting in safe mode, debug mode. I am hesitant to factory reset, but will if there is no other option. Verizon is my carrier.

View 15 Replies View RelatedHas anyone experienced this problem? I have five email accounts on my phone, four regular and one corporate. I have them all setup to check for mail every hour. Before the ICS update, they all worked fine on that schedule. After the ICS update, the corporate account still updates fine, but the other four do not. I changed them to update every half hour, but no change. They still do not update. If I go to the account and manually refresh it, it will download my emails.

It happens while playing games, making a movie and today it happend while I was talking to my boss on the phone. Also, when it crashes, sometimes it keeps crashing just after booting. I already tried to remove the sd-card and see if that makes any difference, but it doesn't. Then I ran the update to android 2.1 through SEUS again to see if that makes any difference, but again, it doesn't. It still crashed while I was shooting a video. after updating my X10 to 2.3, the music player skips during playback very often, and it's becoming near unlisten-able. I did a repair and that didn't solve the problem, and it appears i'm not the only one with this issue after some internet searching. I highly doubt SE are going to release another update fixing this problem.
