Xperia PLAY :: "Process Com.sonyericson.music" Error Message?
Nov 5, 2011
I own an Xperia Play phone, obviously, but I have "GO Launcher EX" installed on it, which is an application capable of changing the look/theme of the phone, but I'm sure most of you know this.Ever since installing it, the phone has been fine. It's gotten a little laggy at times, but most of all, more or less the same experience. But as of now, a certain album of mine in "Music" has stopped working. When I access it through "Artists" the message shows up and aborts me to the homescreen. Now, I can access it through "Albums" and I can access the songs through "Songs," but I'd prefer to be able to access the album through "Albums."*Supplementary Informaton* I installed Album Art Grabber on my Play, and around this time is when the problems appeared. I'll delete the album, then re-import it into my phone, the album works for a few days, but then it stops. It seems as though whenever I select the album cover using "Album Art Grabber," and it stops. You see, I haven't waited long enough to make an accurate assumption about the program and the problems it may or may not be causing.
I've had my Xoom for 3 weeks now. It worked okay with no error messages until last week. Everytime I turn it on, it displays this message:The Process android.process.acore has stopped unexpectedly. Please retry again.Forceclose Report?I have chosen Report and filled that out, but now just hit Forceclose and it resumes and I don't seem to have any problems.
I have a Samsung S5 and since installing the 5.0 lollipop my stored music will play a few seconds the I get a message "couldn't play the track requested." All my music stored on the SD card came from a CD ripped into my laptop, and then moved into the phone onto my card. How do I fix this so my music plays normal as before the lollipop upgrade.
I just purchased the new Torch 9850 from Verizon. I keep getting this error message" Uncaught exception:Application net_rim_bb_Phone app(393) not responding; process terminated". Every time before I receive this message , my phone begins to ring as if someone is calling me. Also the number between the ( ) keeps changing.
I cant get my x8 to synch with the sony ericsson website to back up my phone contacts
I have set up an account on the SE website and set the same username and password in the sony ericsson synch settings in the phone. The server address for synch in the phone is [url]... this cannot be changed by the keyboard.when I press sync i get the notification "sony ericsson could not synchronise" Synchronisation seems to work ok with Gmail and facebook, although contact sync with gmail is not nuch use as it only seems to work from pc to phone
When will Blackberry Desktop Manager be able to sync with MS Outlook 2010? I spent £100 on the latter yesterday after discovering that Windows Calendar can not be synchronised with my new Bold 9700: the sync process ends with a Microsoft Outlook Connector Error message: "No available message stores". Burrowing into Blackberry's on-line support, it seems the most likely cause is BDM - 5.0.1 - trying to connect to an unsupported version of Outlook. (Article ID KB15564).
The result is no contacts or diary on my expensive new smartphone, which is disappointing beyond belief, since Outlook 2007 etc. seems no longer available.
I have had very bad user experince whit x10 product family, read morettps://sites.google.com/site/jpsreviewsosco/sonyericson-x10-mini-proUPS is picking up my phone tomorrow back to seller www.pixmania.com might be I buy other brnd from them, it's risk free, you can return bad products!!
The message "standard quality" flashes briefly when a new song plays on Nokia Music. This suggests that there may be some higher quality available, but I can find no evidence of it.
My message notification tone used to play all the way thru when I received a message now it only plays two seconds then cuts off I have tried changing the tone but they are all the same.
So I plugged my x10 into the computer today to update the software. PC Companion did nothing for me when I used it before, so I used the update service directly from SE. Unfortunately, wasn't available this time, so I gave using PC Companion another shot. So my phone got about halfway through the update process before saying an error occurred, and the update couldn't be completed. So I went back a step and redid the prepping 3 times in a row, each time telling me to go back. Now my phone wont even turn on, I feel a vibration when I press the on button but that's it. The computer isn't even recognizing the phone as an x10 anymore, and whenever I try to do PCC recognition, it won't connect. SO all in all, PC Companion screwed me over.
When you play music using bluetooth there is a lag or skipping in music. Like 1 sec. skipping in every 1-3 minutes or sometimes 30secs - up. I think the problem is the android lollipop. I used to connect my z5 in jbl xtreme. my huawei telpad running android kitkat has no problem in playing music using bluetooth. But my z5 and my wife's asus selfie running android lollilop there is a lag or skipping problem.
when i am on Internet i can no longer view media files?? not sure why , it was working before? not sure if i changed a setting or what? it says" an error has occurred attempting to play media.
Last week I got a new phone, Moto X, and transferred a bunch of music into it. Most worked just fine, but 4 albums had a problem. Two of them simply don't show in my library and the other 2 display the following error message when a song from one of them is played: Music playback error - Couldn't play the track you requested.
I've tried clearing Google Play Musics cache and data but the problem wasn't solved. I also cant remove my SD card because I dont have the little key that opens the compartment where its stored.
I am having major problems with the media player. First it wouldn't let me add music to the playlist I kept getting an error message now it won't even let me create a new playlist.
i have an iphone 4 and i just updated to ios5 and i can't get my music to stay on my iphone and i also keep getting and error message when trying to restore iphone.
I have transfered a track from my laptop to my experia X8, but when I try to play it the phone says it cannot play it due to unsupported file format. it was automatically transferred as 'realplayer'.
When I am trying to sync music from Itunes to my Photon through the Motorola Media Link software I get a error message after all the music files have transfered. The message says that the MLL has stopped working. None of the music ends up on the phone.
I have updated the Motorla Media software and as far as I know my phone is up to date.
I keep getting this error since the latest update." the process android.process.media has stopped unexpectedly. try again"it will pretty much pop up when ever, but especially when I try and go to my gallery or try and take a picture or video. It is also even stopping for from doing simple task like letting my alarm clock on my xperia.I have tried to repair my phone through the sony companion but it always comes up with an error with about quater of the way too go.
When I try to use applications such as the camera or music, I receive a screen saying Force Close, "process.android.process.media has stopped unexpectedly, try again" why this has occured and how to rectify?
Google play works fine but when I try accessing google play thru settings>app it simply crash. I already tried safe mode still crash and installing google play again still crash.
I am a relatively new user to this phone, and so I have been trying to get my music files (mp3 format) onto my phone.I have bought a new 32GB sd card to load them on, and some files will play, but most state they can't play.I have tried a transfer using file copying, and also used MediaGo, but I still get similar results. The mp3 files play correctly on my computer (Windows Media Player) and on my iPOD, so I think the files should be ok.Are there specific sampling bit rates needed for the Xperia?Further to this thread, I have now ripped some original cd's in various formats and bit rates (Mp3 to WAV), and it makes little difference to their ability to play. Some do, but mostly they don't. I can't find any common factor.
Finally getting somewhere .... I think there is a problem with the new 32Gb MicroSD. Its rated class 10, so its maybe faulty or too fast???I replaced the sd with the one that came with the phone, which is 2Gb (no class stated), and everything plays fine with this.
