I trued to transfer a folder from my Mac to my iPhone via airdrop. The process did get completed but now I am not able to find my folder on my iPhone under any app.

iPhone 6+ using iOS 8. I go to control center, hit airdrop, hit off.Â
Yet when I go to pics, select one, hit box/arrow to email it.... everyone around me pops up on airdrop with the option to tap to share.Â
What the heck... it is off??? But obviously it is not!Â
I have an iPhone 5s 64gb and a family member has iPhone 5s 16gb but Airdrop does not even show up on her "Control Center" screen.
It shows up on my screen, I turn it on and pick everyone but it never finds her phone.
We can turn her bluetooth on manually and it still does not display Airdrop on the Control Panel for her 5s.
Both units have been connected to iTunes and updates are all downloaded and installed but this problem that still exist.
Is it broke?

I'm unable to get my iPhone and iMac to see each other to use airdrop. This is with my iPhone literally about 12 inches from the iMac.Â
My iMac is a Mid 2011 27-inch running System 10.10 OS X Yosemite. My iPhone is an iPhone 5S 32GB running OS 8.1.1.Â
Both have wifi and bluetooth turned on. Neither see each other in airdrop. I never got this to work, and finally tonight I decided I had it and I'm going to figure this out. But all the support pages I google and such just skip past the idea that you might not see each other - other than saying both must have bluetooth andwifi turned on. I'm at a loss here. I seem to be doing everything the instructions say to do?Â
One possible issue is this. In the iPhone I see there is a preference to see contacts, everybody or nobody. I selected everybody for that. I don't see anywhere on the iMac with this option. Could it be turned off and I can't find where this preference/question is hiding?Â

The only thing I can't figure out and haven't yet found in the forums, is how to move the missed calls from my message folder.I don't want to use the messages folder for anything. 1. Clicking the blackberry button
2. Clicking messages
3. Clicking the BB button again and scrolling to "View Folder"
There I have options like "browser messages" "facebook messages" "mms inbox" etc.
There are two sections SMS inbox and SMS outbox. I can get to my text messages that way, but its really tedious. If I click on SMS inbox it takes me to what used to be my text screen. When I click the BB button again, there are no "move options"Anyone know how to get it back to being its own icon on the front screen?
I have tried deleting and reinstalling my address, but.same result.

This doesn't inter fear with the running of the phone but it annoys me. Could someone tell me how to move it please. Last Saturday I decided to use the "comes with music" voucher that came with it..I selected the music I wanted and downloaded it and was told that I had to download the DRM software to play...I clicked yes and then waited and waited..it seemed my phone had frozen as ovi player would not transfer any music to it.. I unplugged it and tried to plug back in but got the dreaded "mtp device driver failed". I have tried everything I have read on these forums and the web including:- Deleting the folder in the private folder on the mass storage card. performing a hard reset on the phone (although my music was still on the card?) Deleting all of the nokia software and running the nokia cleaner and reinstalling... Doing the above but disabling Windows media player and reanabling it a later date still no joy.. I have windows 7 home premium 64 bit on my desktop so no options to reinstall WMP just disable. I have tried to plug it into my wifes' laptop which has windows 7 home premium 32 bit and I get the same message however her nokia 5800 works fine in her laptop..

I have a MacBook Air running Lion and an iPhone 4s with latest OS. I'm planning a trip to an area where I won't have access to the interenet but should have some cell coverage (my plan is with AT&T). I'd like to use my MacBook Air to create and edit documents, send them to my iPhone and then use the iPhone to email them over the cellular network.Is there any way to do this? I know I can create my own WiFi network using the MacBook but don't know of a way to use it to transfer files to the iPhone.
