Transfer Content Of One Apple ID To Another On IPhone
Aug 30, 2014
I have 2 Apple ID (iCloud accounts) , one on my iPad and the other on my iPhone .. How can I transfer the content of one to the other so that I stay with only one account ?
specially that a person can't log into itunes with 2 accounts and I don't want to keep on juggling between both of them.
iTunes will not allow the transfer of content to my iPhone because iTunes shows the iPhone is 3gb overfilled. However, in the usage part of general settings on the phone, it shows that 8gb remain free. I deleted a significant amount of content and the iTunes reading of the remaining storage remains the same. Is there a way to resolve this difference so I can transfer content again?
I wanted to load some of my data from my old 3G iPhone, but actually synched my 4s and now all my 4s pictures, contacts and music are missing. Can I reverse this process?
My email provider has changed and I have a new one.i amended this on my computer under my Apple iTunes account without any difficulty and it was authenticated. However, I still have the original email appearing on my iphone 4s and ipad2 and I cannot update that information. Neither can I use my usual password to update my Apps. Please can anyone assist me with simple instructions on how to change these important passwords?
It seems overly difficult to transfer my notes to my computer. I can individually email each note but that is impractical considering i have over 150 notes. There are programs i can buy that make the notes into notes on my computer except they will not be in microsoft word so that does not help me.
I just bought a Nexus 6P and had a hard time to transfer content from old iPhone 5S to 6P. There are a lot of free tutorials and recommendations on that, but up to now, only transferred the contacts. I also need to transfer text messages, music library and ebooks. Is there an all-in-one solution out there that would transfer those content more easily? It's just difficult to do it manually.
I just reset my Iphone 4 using "erase all content and settings" option and it goes blank. I connected it to my computer and it only shows the apple logo, this has been going on for several hours now. I tried to hold the power and home button at the same time, the logo just go on and off and when I release the buttons the apple goes back again. The I-tunes doe not recognized my i-phone (it was not listed on the devices).
I've erased all content and settings. Process bar and apple logo appeared. Then with a logo, the iphone stop working just remaining in a status. With a logo and black screen. There is no loading circle. How can I do? I've only one!
1.Why does my iPhone 4 not show up on My Computer as a Device? And yet it beeps accordingly, and iTunes starts up, so I must be connected?2. I want to move music from my computer onto my iPhone, but sync'ing does nothing, as though I am not connected?I'm a faily computer-literate retired woman, but this has me baffled. And, yes, I have rebooted!
Me and my gf got lg g3s today and coming from Samsung i have a few questions....am i missing something or is it possible to sync your Facebook and instagram photos with the gallery along with others?...thats a deal breaker if not possible....we both have samsung devices and tried using the lg transfer app isnt working...
I just got a Samsung Galaxy S5 and am already almost out of storage space. I transferred some files from my old phone (photos, contacts, etc.) and have only downloaded two apps. Under Storage, it says that Miscellaneous Files take up 13.10GB of space - and that Mobile Content Transfer is the biggest culprit of this. If I delete this file, would I lose everything that transferred? I've added an SD card but can only put a few apps onto it and not much else.
I purchase the iPhone 4 with Telus and at the same time purchased and registered Apple Care to the device. The other day I decided to go with another provider that gave a better plan for the iPhone 4 and so I switched. My question is can I transfer the Apple Care to the new iPhone 4 and if so how do I do it?
I have an old phone using my mother's apple ID. I just got a new phone and will be using my own apple ID. How do I transfer my old messages, etc to my new apple ID?
When I pick up my iPhone4 later today will the Apple Store be able to transfer everything off of my old iPhone1? And when I say "everything" I mean my apps, pictures, music, etc?
The story so far: I bought an accessory in Nov 2011 at an Apple Retail Store. (Philips dual-dock speaker) It started malfunctioning in Mar 2012. (Dock not charging anymore) I brought it to an Apple Store (closer to my place), they were happy to replace it on the spot, except that there was none in stock. So I was advised to go to an other Store (the original one), where they had stock. So far, so good for service. I went to the other store, but there I was told that they could not replace it because I had bought it more than 14 days before, so I had to contact the manufacturer directly! So my questions are:
- What is, if any, the actual policy on non-Apple product repair & replacement?
- Why don't all store follow the same policy?
- Should I just try my luck again with another person, until I strike gold and get it replaced?
I made a purchase for a black bumper and paid $31.60 but when I go to the Apple.com website to check the status of my refund its shows "There is no record of a refund for the receipt number you entered." I tried entering my receipt number plus last 4 of card and I also tried just entering the full CC number as well and get that response for both.
Just wanting to know if anyone has possibly experienced before, wanted to to see if any Macforum members have had this issue and what was the resolution to your issue? Should I just call Apple? Are they giving refunds in store if you take in your receipt?
