May 29, 2012My email provider has changed and I have a new one.i amended this on my computer under my Apple iTunes account without any difficulty and it was authenticated. However, I still have the original email appearing on my iphone 4s and ipad2 and I cannot update that information. Neither can I use my usual password to update my Apps.Please can anyone assist me with simple instructions on how to change these important passwords?

Jun 28, 2012It seems overly difficult to transfer my notes to my computer. I can individually email each note but that is impractical considering i have over 150 notes. There are programs i can buy that make the notes into notes on my computer except they will not be in microsoft word so that does not help me.

May 13, 2012I was just told by an Apple repesentative that Outlook Calendar will NOT sync with Iphone 4s with Wi-fi or through the icloud--only with the wire. Is this correct? All of the information in itunes at least IMPLIES that I can get automatic syncing.

However, in the usage part of general settings on the phone, it shows that 8gb remain free. I deleted a significant amount of content and the iTunes reading of the remaining storage remains the same. Is there a way to resolve this difference so I can transfer content again?

Mar 14, 2012I used to have an iPhone 3GS and upgraded to an iPhone 4S a few months ago. I haven't synced my iPhone in months, and when I connected to the iTunes today, it prompted to upgrade to a newer iOS version. Upon completion of the upgrade/sync, it prompted to name the new iPhone as the old iPhone name. Without thinking twice, I cliced okay. Then I noticed all the photos, videos, new contacts, text messages, calendar, etc. were all gone! The last backup on my old iPhone was October 2011, apparently, I lost all data from October 2011 to now!
Is there any way I can recover the photos, videos, contacts, calendar, etc. on the new iPhone after it's been synced with the last sync dated October 2011?

If I delete this file, would I lose everything that transferred? I've added an SD card but can only put a few apps onto it and not much else.
