After accessing net in ELM, mobile the phone memory reduced in KBs often. So that I was unable to play any video files. Could you anyone suggest me how to mange the Phone Memory efficiently.

View 3 Replies View RelatedMy Vivaz is having problems by saying I have used all the phone memory, when I haven't. I check the memory and apparently there is 33mb used by "other". There is no "other!". So I was thinking of updating my phone to wipe it and start again and see if this fixes the problem. I downloaded a newer version of the update service for my computer, turn off my phone, take out the battery, re insert the battery, hold the call button, plug the usb in and after a good while, still nothing has happened. And then the update service decided to freeze and won't let me exit so I keep having to restart my computer. What is wrong with the update service/my phone?

I then have to turn my phone off ad back on again for everything to reappear in my memory card folder. But then if I try to save something again to my memory card the cycle starts again and I get the "Empty Folder" message once again.

My card reader is able to detect it, and i can access it through my phone while it's connected in file transfer mode. However, my phone says there is no memory card inserted, and my computer is unable to detect the card when the mobile is connected in phone mode. I've tried formatting it in both FAT and FAT32 with several different cluster sizes, but it makes no difference. Would appreciate some input!

View 1 Replies View RelatedMy 350a doesnt see the memory card.When I go to the file "file manager" and move over one to the "on memory stick" it states "memory stick not inserted"The memory card works fine, as I can remove it, insert it into a M2 adaptor, then into my PC and access/retrieve files.I have tried reinstalling the software on the phone via the update service, I have reset the phone (master reset)I have also formated the memory stick but still no success When I attach the phone to the PC via the USB cord the PC does not see the memory stick through the phone either.Is there something that I have missed or am not doing that I should be?

I went to file manager and onto the memory card files and it said 'no files'. Does anybody know how to fix this or what is wrong with it? My phone memory is still normal and everything else functions properly, except for my memory card. I updated it and I even checked if its placed in properly but nothing seems to help. View 2 Replies View RelatedGot my Vivaz this Friday and it seems to have a fault with the card reader from factory. My Vivaz won't talk with the supplied 8GB MicroSD card or any other MicroSD card. The phone will notice if there are a card or not in the reader but can't access it, just reporting a faulty card.
Inserting or removing using Vivaz menu commands works and tells whether or not a card is inserted. Have tested three different MicroSDs 2,8 and 16 GB all works with Win7 and a X10 Mini, the Vivaz can't read or write to none. Sadly the Vivaz is useless with just the phone memory.
