is there a way to close the music player, and resume the last played song upon reopening it with the stock music player? If not what free music player do you recommend. I look everywhere for this and didn find an answer And while i�m asking things is posible to download cracked games for the s2? if it is could you post some links with info.
View 3 RepliesOut of 50+ songs in my library, only one has this issue. Its format is no different from the others; I have tried deleting and re-installing the song. I have also tried unchecking the "Convert higher bit rate songs to 128 kbps AAC" option in my iPhone settings, but the box was unchecked to begin with. I have also tried to create a compatible version ("File > Create new version > iPod or iPhone version"). It won't even give me the option of doing so. Is it just the song? Should I give up on it?Â
View 4 Replies View RelatedHaving chosen the S2 over the iPhone and having used it now for 3 months (learning new things about it almost everyday) I think I can now arrive at a decision whether I made the right choice.Having seen peoples' iPhones and read on certain forums about them I'm glad I went for the S2 however (there always is an however!!!) there are [so far] 3 little gripes I have w.r.t. the S2
1) The OnOff button could be better in terms of positivity and position.
2) The (installed) Music Player unlike the music player on the iPhone doesn't remember the last position played on a certain track if you navigate away from it and listen to something else and then return to it. A real pain when listening to audiobooks unless you split the audiobook into small (~5mins) tracks then you just have to remember which track you last listened to when you turn the phone off or listen to something else on the music player. This is unlike iTunes, which the iPhone uses, which does it automatically when you check the 'Remember Playback Position' box. Naturally the inability to not remember the last position played doesn't really apply if you just listen to 3mins music tracks!
3) Kies for Mac (which is my main computer) is terrible slow almost unresponsive.Kies for the PC is marginally better but nowhere near as user friendly as iTunes.

View 1 Replies View RelatedI transferred 2000+ songs on to my memory card and when i went to play them they play fine but the thumbnails are all the same. he phone seems to have picked a random thumbnail and applied it to every song. I've tried everything to change it and get an individual thumbnail for each song with no luck. I've tried Album Art Grabber but for some reason it picks out only one artist from my sd card and I can change that thumbnail but it then changes them to all being the same.
View 9 Replies View RelatedI just got the Samsung Intensity for Verizon. Everything is great except for one critical thing. I download audibooks from my local library which come as DRM protected WMA files. They play just fine BUT if I exit the music player (to make a call, or just put it away for a while) when I bring it up again, it does not remember its place and goes back to the beginning of the file. This is crippling when you have 72 minute "songs" since you can't be scanning to find your old place every time. With non-protected WMA's even of the same length,it remembers it's place just fine. Also, on my old Samsung Juke it was not a problem. I asked Verizon tech support and they are forwarding my issue to Samsung. I am hoping they will come out with a fix, but they easily could just ignore a complaint from one lone user. Is this a problem that other people have seen? What are the chances that Samsung will actually produce a fix? Is there a workaround to get it to remember its place in a protected WMA?

View 9 Replies View RelatedMy Samsung GS5 has been working great. I was able to pair my Bluetooth successfully to my car stereo with no issues and stream music.As of two days ago, it quit working. The device pairs with the stereo on both phone and media connections. But no sounds will stream through the stereo.
I have unpaired and re-paired the Bluetooth and its successful but it will not stream any Bluetooth sounds what so ever from the phone to the stereo.
I have all volumes turned up on the phone and on the radio. no change.My old GS3 will pair and stream with no issue to the radio.

This started after the recent Lollipop update. Any notification - new message, phone call, just setting phone on charger, etc. - resumes play on whatever I was listening to last, as if the notification had interrupted play, even if nothing had been playing at the time.
This is only the second time this has happened since I got the phone a few weeks back.I have all of my messages set to different specific ringtones. My SMS to one, my MMS to one, my email to one etc. So tonight I rcvd an email and instead of playing the tone it always plays that it is set for (one of the generic preloaded notifier tones)... it played my SMS tone (which is an actual song tone) to alert me to my email.
And NO I didnt recieve a new SMS at the same time. That folder is empty and the only red star alert was on my email envelope. Like I said this is very, very few and far between but why would this happen??I went over every one of my sound/alert settings and they are all the way they should be set for my liking.
I get a YouTube video in my news feed and when I click on it, it opens and tries to use the system video player to play the video. Which has a cappy resolution. It doesn't give me an option to open with YouTube like my old note2 did.

I have the Samsung S6 through Verizon and am having some issues with the audio. anytime audio is played there is a loud crackling noise. It only does it if the screen is on. If I turn off the screen with music strwaming, it is fine. When I am in calls on speakerphone, it is fine. But when I watch a music video or listen to music while browsing, it crackles. I figure it can't be that the speaker is blown out since speakerphone and audio is fine with the screen off.

For two songs now i have bought on itunes it only plays for 30 seconds, which is annoying becuase im buying the song not just a preview and its a waste of my money. Its starting to get really annoying now and feel i should get refunfed for the songs that its doing it to. Why would i just want 30 seconds of a song...Can you help me in anyway or figure out why its doing that. I know its not a ringtone its the real song.

View 3 Replies View RelatedFor whatever reason, Pandora stops after each song when my phone goes off and the only way to go to the next song is by turning the screen back on and opening the app. WiFi is set to always on during sleep. I'm connected via Bluetooth if that matters. Is it the app? There's a setting in advanced in Pandora about auto lock and I have clicked and unclicked and it still stops after each song. Once I turn the screen back on and open the app, the advertisement turns back on or the next song plays.

Everytime I'm listening to music via stock 8.1 music app (so called Music or Xbox music, ver. 2.6.414.0) when I get a message or any sort of a notification, music stops and won't turn back until I manually open the app and press play.
