When I'm playing music, the song automatically repeats rather than advancing to the next song. How can I get it to advance to the next song?
View 1 RepliesAnyone else having a problem with their music pausing at the end of a song? It seems to happen pretty randomly - when a track finishes, the player will just pause instead of playing the next track. It also happens sometimes when I hit the next track button. Not always the first time - could be after having skipped a few tracks, the player will just go to pause.

On every run the music (just set to shuffle) after about 20 minutes just starts jumping from one song to another - I tried resetting, one/off and have updated the software but all to no avail.

When listening to iheart radio it will stop playing after the song plays or even mid song. No continues play. It started around the time i updated.

For two songs now i have bought on itunes it only plays for 30 seconds, which is annoying becuase im buying the song not just a preview and its a waste of my money. Its starting to get really annoying now and feel i should get refunfed for the songs that its doing it to. Why would i just want 30 seconds of a song...Can you help me in anyway or figure out why its doing that. I know its not a ringtone its the real song.

I was sent a song through bbm, and then deleted it right after listening to itSuddenly, the song title reappears on my song list..AND when i try to listen/click on it, the next song plays (next song on the list)ive checked the miniSD card. the track is not therewhy is it still on my song list?why can't i delete the song title off?

View 2 Replies View RelatedCurrently, I am using WMP 12 (WIn 7 Prof) to sync my music library to Atrix 2 using Windows Media Sync option under USB connections. When I add any new songs to my library and then sync, the new song is added to my phone. However, when I delete a song from my library (and computer), that song won't get deleted from my phone after sync. I can manually delete songs on phone from WMP but I would like if I don't have to keep track if the sync works correctly.

View 1 Replies View RelatedOn both Pandora and slacker radio my songs are randomly "skipping" as if I was hitting the skip button. They might play for 5secs or the whole song. The only time the problem goes away is when I'm out of skips! Between that and the awful wifi that cuts out just as randomly, its rather unlistenable. I stream music all day at work, and I've started just using 3g because it doesn't cut out like the wifi, but its eating data and still skips. If I don't find fixes to these issues this phone is going on craigslist... I got it assuming it would out perform my mesmerize which so far it does not.(at least for audio) Also, the streaming audio glitches out every time I press the top hard button.

View 8 Replies View RelatedThe new Android release has removed the ability in the music player to stop a song, and you can no longer clear out a playlist (I don't mean deleting a playlist, I mean clearing one out, which essentially stopped music from being played). Tech support level 2 told me that this was purposely done by the engineers at Motorola, but I have no idea why, and I can't seem to get in touch with them.
View 2 Replies View RelatedSo they finally added the ability to share info about the current song you're listening to with friends, however when it comes up with the content of what to send it says "Me recommends <song name> by <artist name>", and continues on with the link to info, etc. Where is it picking up the "Me"? Obviously I have to tell the system who I am somewhere, but haven't found any option inside the Music player nor in the Contacts to specify one of them as my own contact.

But if at any point I go to play other music in my music library, it turns into a generic alert tone, until I power my phone off and back on. I figure if I could stop the music in my library instead of just pause it that would work, but I see no way to do that.
