I have the USB cable, I also have the latest Nokia PC Suite Software. However, when It tries and copies the contacts it states refreshing of contacts failed?

May 3, 2010I have a serious problem with my HTC S743 that I need to resovle somehow.I connected the phone to my car's bluetooth and everything was fine. Eventually what happened is whenever the bluetooth is connected the phone becomes insanely sluggish. For example if I am using Garmin Mobile XT it will take minutes to calculate a route. Anything I try to do on the phone is sluggish, the entire phone slows to a crawl. Also for example if my phone is ringing and I press the answer key in the car it will take 30 seconds to register on the phone.
I then wiped the phone, re-added the exchange account and reinstalled the few apps I use such as Google maps. (right now the only things I have on the phone are Garmin Mobile XT, Google Maps and Microsoft My Phone) and everything was fine.Fast forward a few weeks and the same issue starts again.

Apr 19, 2015I need to export my wife's S6 telephone contacts in a format that can be imported into Google's contacts so that she can email them from her office computer. Wasn't difficult on my Note 4 but can't seem to figure out the best way to do this on the S6. Is there a certain contact manager that will import them from her phone and then export them correctly? Contacts+ doesn't seem to work worth a crap for this.

Jan 6, 2010I've just transfered to the o2 simplicity contract where I supply my own phone.The phone is an ex Orange 6500 slider (my ex works phone) which was unlocked in the local shopping centre and is approx 2 years old.I can send mms's ok but if someone sends them to me I get t text saying i have to view them on-line.I've tried to send myself the mms / wap settings several times via the o2 website / via texting the 2020 number but each time they come through the text calls them Orange World.I've emailed o2 & they say i'm all set to accept them but there's obviously a issue my end with the phone. I'm trying to get into town to speak to o2 & Nokia shops personally but won't be able to for a couple of weekends!Any thoughts please people?

Jun 21, 2010I bought a "new" nokia 6500 from ebay and when I received it I realized that there was a space from the keypad to the housing itself. when the keypad light is on you can see light from behind the keypad, I don't think this is an authentic nokia housing. I think the ebay shop switched the housing to a fake ebay housing. Is there any other way to tell if its a fake housing?

Jan 1, 2012I already made a backup of my contacts within the phone, but I want to export the complete list to my PC.- I used the "send all contacts" option, and could send the "sendAll.vcf" file to my mail, but when I tried opening it with Outlook, I could only see one contact which is the first on the list.I also tried syncronizing the contacts with my Gmail account but I cant find them there.Finally I copied the backup folder from the phone to my PC, but I dont know if I can restore it from there.
