I've been a happy user of a K790A for a few years. Now it's time to move on. I'm thinking of mortgaging the house and buying a Google Nexus One ;-)The question uppermost in my tiny mind is how to get the data from the K790A to the Nexus. I have been using FloAT's Mobile Agent 2 for some time.
Q: Is there a way to link FloAT's Agent to the Nexus?
Q: Is there a way to export either from the K790 or FloAT's Agent in a format that could be imported by the Nexus?
Q: Does anyone have a better idea?
I've got a Nexus One, and I have text msg pics and video that was sent to me that I'd like to export to my desktop. I assumed it'd be a matter of just mounting, digging through explorer or doing a search, and finding them, then exporting...however, I cant seem to locate them even though I know they're obviously there. Is there a specific path I should look for? Or something I'm missing?
just picked up a new Nexus One and was wondering if there's an easy way to transfer all my stuff from my old Nokia N78 (I use Ovi Suite to sync with Outlook)I mean, I want my contacts/phone #'s at least from my old phone they're all in Outlook but I can't seem to find an Android app to sync with MS Outlook 2007.
I need to export my wife's S6 telephone contacts in a format that can be imported into Google's contacts so that she can email them from her office computer. Wasn't difficult on my Note 4 but can't seem to figure out the best way to do this on the S6. Is there a certain contact manager that will import them from her phone and then export them correctly? Contacts+ doesn't seem to work worth a crap for this.
I recently lost my Nokia 5800, ainda i had it syncronized with my nokia ovi suite. Is there a way to export those contacts i have in nokia ovi suite, without plug in a nokia phone?
I already made a backup of my contacts within the phone, but I want to export the complete list to my PC.- I used the "send all contacts" option, and could send the "sendAll.vcf" file to my mail, but when I tried opening it with Outlook, I could only see one contact which is the first on the list.I also tried syncronizing the contacts with my Gmail account but I cant find them there. Finally I copied the backup folder from the phone to my PC, but I dont know if I can restore it from there.
My CLIQ has died. (radios and wifi) How can I export my Contacts to either the SD card or to my PC?
None of the radios work, so export has to be either to the SD card or via USB to a PC. Installing any apps to do this unfortunately has to be via the same route as well.
what I liked most of Nokia PC suite was the possibility to export contacts in a .csv file. This was usefull to transfer contacts from a Nokia phone to another Nokia phone. For example I copied my N82 contact list to my Nokia5000 easily using a .csv export. How can I export my contact list in a .csv file using the new Nokia Ovi Suite !? (I've installed the lastest version).
My goal is to make a back up of my iPhone contacts, preferably in a printed list. I figured the way to do that would be to somehow merge my phone contacts into my Google Contacts on my MacBook (however, I do not want to merge my Gmail Contacts into my phone, as there are 100s of contacts there I do not want/need on my phone, so I am proceeding cautiously). Under Settings > Mail, Contacts, Calendar >iCloud. I have Contacts "On" (but have not done an iCloud backup FWIW because I am not sure my data is less than 5gb). Doing this alone does not work.
I do not have the option to export contacts to SIM or save to SD card - the only menu option available to me is to import from SIM - I need to save the contacts to my SIM/SD
Is it possible to send the phonebook stored in my TracFone w376g phone to another device via bluetooth?
I have been trying to achieve this and have gotten nowhere. The phones have been successfully paired, but within the w376g menus, I can't find an option that lets me send the phonebook (or anything else) via bluetooth.
I went to call my DH today, and his number was deleted. I didn't do that, so now I would like to find a way to export my contacts to a computer file. This phone has a mind of its own. It makes calls and sends texts, and that is after I've locked it!
Is there a way to export or import contacts on a Motorola EX124G? I am trying to transfer contacts from one EX124G to another EX124G but can't find any options on the phone for transferring contacts.

How to export all of the contacts from my phone into a format that I can view and make changes and then import back to the phone. I have had to many issues with my contacts. Some of them have been joined on the phone to better manage them, but I would like to export all the data make changes to it, then keep a master copy off of the phone.
For a long time AT&T nee Cingular has locked me out of their MEdia (AT&T) Mall, and prevented me from running desirable apps by signing them with a "secret" certificate only available on their branded phones.Well, thanks to a2uploader and the recent acquisition of a locked AT&T phone I have been able to snag these Preferred and Trusted Java signing root certificates. As well as the entire AT&T customization package, which gives me a good template to play with my own if I so desire. (As an aside, I can also now download from the AT&T Mall using a Firefox add-on which allows me to spoof a particular supported phone's User-Agent string.)I digress. When I sent these certificates to my unlocked K850i it places them in the Trusted Cert store rather than the Java Cert store and the apps still have problems running and fail to install using the signed JAD. I have not tried it, but I assume my K790a will behave the same way. Now, the XML which defines the AT&T customizations references the certificates as well as the proper store location for them. Is this my only way to force a cert into the Java store? This also leads into how can I install client certificates?
