Nokia :: How Can I Change Map Language Without Changing Phone Language
Jan 29, 2010I have used Ovi Map 3.03 with free navigation license. It very good.
I have only one question, is it possible to change the map language to my local language (Thai) without changing the phone language?
Example, now I set my phone language as English then my map shown in English else set phone language to Thai then map will show in Thai.
Is it possible to used phone language in English but map label shown in Thai? because phone language in Thai has many incorrect translations.

I can't even write SMS messages in my own language with this phone, which is hopeless. Can I change the language pack easily to Scandinavian languages, and how? It's a Nokia 5230.

I've looked in the phones 'Language' menu and Welsh wasn't there but I was wondering if there was any other way to get the language into the phone (eg. by connecting to my computer and using an update service by Sony). I realize that this is unlikely and may not even exist but I really want Welsh on my phone. To clarify. I want to change the 'Phone language' and not the 'Writing language'. My phone is a W715.
