Nokia Nseries :: N97 Arabic Language Lost After Updating To V22
Dec 18, 2011
I have 'middle east' version of nokia n97 with Arabic language included."I could write in Arabic" after updating to V22 I couldn't do that any more? Is it possible to reinstall that language back without Hard resetting my phone ?
I bought a Nokia N* US version and I would like to know if I am able 2 install Arabic language for the system and change the system from English to Arabic or just to make me able to send message with Arabic language.
the subject says it all...i upgraded my e7 by doing the nokia software update and lost arabic language support. i can read arabic but have no option for phone language or writing language.on a side note i also dont see predictive text even for english.
[note] the keyboard does have arabic letters printed on it so i hope i am sure in thinking i do indeed have a real Middle East version of the phone and not some European one brought and sold here.
I received the update to v25.007 today. After updating my n8, i noticed that my language set was changed to a whole different packet. Is there any way to get chinese back on the phone? Custom version- 025.007.269.04Product code- 059C8T6
bought a nokia 5800 from hong kong with preinstalled chinese and english language, but my bro recently purchased a nokia 5530 from the same place, and it also has the same language packs preinstalled. however, the 5530 can view the arabic font (but not write in arabic) as in if he gets a txt messeage in arabic, but my 5800 cant? anyone knows how i cud install the arabic language pack in my 5800. i know they are already preinstalled by nokia, but since stores can do it, then there must be a way to do it!
I have recently purchased Nokia Lumia with Windows mobile 7 and it's installed with English language. I'm wondering if there's somehow or somewhere I can download an Arabic language package to install in my regional settings. I don't want to have an Arabic interface, I just want to be able to read Arabic mails or SMS.
So I updated my N8 to Anna recently, it had iplayer before the update but doesnt have it after, the ovi store does not list iplayer and accessing iplayer via the web says that the phone is not supported. How do I get iplayer on my N8 running Anna.
So I just updated to Belle on my Nokia N8, and after it made a big thing of backing up my text messages, contacts, calendar entries and media, it seems to have lost most of this. After telling Nokia Suite to sync with my phone, it syncronised all of my media (music, photos) but my texts, contacts and calendar entries are nowhere to be found.
by mistake i deleted my arabic language. i cant write but i can read it.so, i tried to setup it from the desktop manager but it show as a pending no (+) to add or (x) to remove nothing showen at all..i just select it and click apply nothing happened. i did the pack up and make the wipe handheld and it was usless as well..still the same issue. i tried to update my software many many times but i cant coz the radio or my mobile network turned off when i downlad and i dont know the reason as well.
All arab users have a huge problem represented by the lack of arabic language in the phone and the SE help center advises us to use Third-Party application that supports arabic language. Is there any intention to support arabic language in the xperia x10 in the coming update or any time in the near or far future?
