I tried pressing the power off button for 8 seconds but the phone only turned off,and when I tried to start my phone it did the same. This left my phone with a white screen and it wouldnt respond to anything. I tried re installing the software and such, but still white screen. FInally I took the battery out, and now it wont turn on! I push the power button and it vibrates, then nothing. This tells me that its not dead, and when i connect it to the computer it disconnects right away. I tried removing the battery for a few minutes and taking out the various cards, but nothing.

I turned it off thinking it may have just been glitching or something but then it wouldn't turn back on? I removed my sim card and it started up fine except I still couldn't open the contacts, etc so I then tried to factory reset it and it wouldn't let me open it so I attempted a hard reset by hitting the four buttons but it just turned the phone off and back on with no difference to the phone what so ever, please is there anything else I can do to fix my phone?
