Jun 16, 2010Is there any way to transfer Saved App Game Data to the iPhone 4 without a backup? There are a couple games on my iPhone where I have loads of saved game data including Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 2. I had to do so many goals to get farther on that game and I have a couple racing games with a lot of saved data, and some general games. I wanted to start the new iPhone 4 from scratch with the new original settings, and start from scratch with my contacts, texts, etc. There are about 5 or 6 games I really want my saved data for.
If I transfer them to my iMac, I will lose my saved data for sure, right? So besides a backup, is there any way I can keep my saved app game data?

May 3, 2012I am not able to sync my iPhone 3GS on iTunes. I keep getting an error "backup cannot be saved on this computer". I have tried to sync my phone to both my old desktop and my brand new laptop running the lastest version of iTunes but I keep geeting the same error. I have also tried deleteing the old backup file from the backup folder I'm trying to backup my old 3GS because my friend game me a new 3GS in perfect condition and I would like to transerfer everything over to it so I can start using it. My contacts, text messages, and photos are the most important things I want to transfer to the new phone. This shouldnt be hard to do but I get the error everytime I try to sync my current phone.

Dec 12, 2011Maps 3.08 does not let me calibrate my compass (at least not by ticking once or twice at the compass). By consequence, while navigating it does not orientate the display with the top in the forward direction. I found a workaround by using a separate compass application, calibrate the compass there, and then Maps works perfect. There must be a easier way to calibrate the compass from within the Maps application.

Aug 6, 2010Navigation used to work fine on my X6, but since having to do a hard reset of the phone (due to other problems!) I cannot use the Navigation.
Everytime I get the error 'navigation cannot start at this location' and it doesn't seem like the phone can ever pick up my location.I have tried un-installing and re-installing the application but to no-avail!I haven't even wasted my time calling Nokia Support, as they are totally useless!

Aug 22, 2012getting very frustrated with this now. I have given my dad my N95 to help him get around but just cant get the map navigation to work. I downloaded the Nokia Map Loader (I had to go to a third party website as the Nokia links were all broken) and have the map/voices but when my dad tries to use the navigation it tells him he has to pay.Obviously, I know that Nokia have now made these services free to complete with other company's devices, I'm just being stupid and not going to the right place to download them. Oct 12, 2010I found out that all the camera settings is not saved. For exampel i always want the grid displayed but then i have to turn it on manuelly every time. Same goes for the timer, id like it to be on 2sec so the picture not is taken as you push the button (shaky etc).
Probably more camera settings that not saved havent checked it all.
