Dec 10, 2011My favourite places and routes suddenly disappeared. I did not touch the phone since the last time they were there. Especially if you know if I can retrieve from some file the gps coordinates for the favourite places, if they still exists somewhere in the memory of the phone.

Jun 9, 2010After updating software to version 031.023, I now have the following apps on my E72 that are no longer required:
Psiloc World Traveller
Adv. Comm. Manager
Smart Connect
Vlingo
PTT
I do not require these but I do not have the option to delete them - all I can do for now is move them to a new folder which I have called 'Unused apps'. Can anyone shed any light on how I can remove these apps and therefore free up more memory.

May 22, 2012I just installed Kaspersky mobile, and after a scan I've seen more than 18000 jpegs in E:system, a folder that I cannot access from phone or via Nokia Suite. Is there any way I can browse that folder and delete unwanted files? I think I got lots of useless files there after I installed Nokia Belle since lots of applications dissapeared. Also, I'm trying to see the hidden process that runs on my phone and I have no idea how because that dont shows in the application list. Jun 23, 2014Ok, here is the situation: I updated the software on my iPhone 5 a couple of days ago. After it updated, I noticed that there was a new app on my phone (some game called Cookies and I may have had on my phone in the past), but I couldn't open it because it was darkened, like apps are while they are waiting to be downloaded, except it wasn't downloading. I held down on the app to make it jiggle and the cross sign came up to delete it, so I pressed it and clicked delete but it didn't delete, it just stayed there. I decided to ignore it and just put it in my games folder. Â
Just this morning, I updated another game on my phone called Candy Crush, and this game is kept in the same games folder as the one I put Cookies in. I understand that if you are updating an app that is kept in a folder, the loading circle is displayed on the folder, this was going as normal, until I noticed that Candy Crush had already updated, but the loading circle was still being displayed on the folder, it was frozen at the half way point and has not moved since.Â
So, what I need to know is:
Why hasn't cookies downloaded, and how can I delete it?
How can I get rid of the loading circle displayed on my games folder?Â
I have written these two questions together because I'm wondering if they could be connected?

Jan 6, 2013Why is it that when I'm creating a route in Maps, the outcome varies dependent on how I created the route, thus using the same route parameters?
I've created the same route using different ways of creating the route, and the created route is different every time. If I create the route in Maps using the search facility, the route is different if I use an address via the people and contacts interface. And again it is different when using Drive.
I made the discovery when a suggested route made a 16.2 km de-tour on a 11 km stretch. More than a 100%. I'm now wondering if I dare to use NOKIA maps for my summer trip to Italy from Denmark.
NOKIA - make a navigation app where I can define my own waypoints. This is essential in every navigation system. optimize the app, so I can choose an alternative route - this is basic in most modern navigation systems.

Mar 22, 2012I just updated my iPhone to the OS 5.1. When I connected my iPhone to my laptop, it automatically synced a bunch of photos to my iPhone that I didn't want on there. How do I delete them??? My phone wasn't backed up prior to the sync. I've tried everything I can think of! I've downloaded this program called iExplorer, which didn't help me one bit...and there is no delete button anywhere on the phone for the pics I want off! The only delete button that shows up is the one in the Camera Roll album. The ones I want to remove are in separate albums just like on my laptop.

Jul 1, 2014I have an iPhone4 that I recently (finally) updated to 7.1.1. After I did so, I seemed to have some songs on my phone that I didn't sync. Tried various things, didn't seem to work. Finally went to iTunes and synced with no songs selected. There should be nothing on my phone, right? About 24 songs remain. Some of them aren't even in my iTunes library. Nor are they from iCloud (no symbol next to them on the phone, and iCloud not selected under settings).  Swiping to the right on these titles has no effect.Â
How do I get rid of these songs?

May 24, 2010I thought I had uninstalled all my unwanted apps (twitter, myspace and flickr) a couple of months ago but I just clicked 'show all' and they all appeared. I looked online before posting and saw many people being able to solve this through going into settings>advanced options>applications and then finding and deleting the app however these ones don't appear on the list - how do i delete them? When ever i click on them i just get 'hide/show' options.
