I just got myself lumia900 and i found that my lumia screen at the bottom corner left part have the color changes a bit instead of having full black color background... As if the screen is leaking..Dont think its normal, but anyone has the same experience??

This is irritating and I tried changing it, but couldnt. Once a nokia care fellow changed it somehow and when I updated the software it went back to the same old irritating screen again. how to change the gradient background screen behind the message you are trying to read. Uhmm its not a major problem but i found it somewht annoying on my part because my friend has a nokia lumia 610 and i already tried what ive tried on my nokia lumia 900 and it seems that his phone has no problem regarding with the littleness blinking screen.. Hmmm it is only 6days old phone.,Fyi guys ive tried to adjust the brightness to low,medium and high. And switch to white screen background would i just reset the phone?? View 4 Replies View RelatedI bought the motoActv golf version about a week ago. Worked fine the first day, but the second day I turned it on and had no color in the background. It was in black and white. I can see things somewhat ok, but its frustrating when it has no color. Somedays I turn it on and its fine. Monday I used it on my bike and was great. Yesterday and Wednesday it had no color to it. I played around with it last night and it somehow had color, turned it on this morning and there is no color. Brightness is all the way up and it is charged as well.

View 4 Replies View RelatedHave been using my lumia 900 for a month. I noticed that there is a white/hissing noise in the background from the phone when listening to music using headphones. It starts right before the music starts to play and stops some seconds after pausing music. There is also a click sound in between songs. I can definitely confirm this is not from music files. If I plug headphones in and unlock the phone when not playing any music, I can hear the white background noise for a few seconds before it goes off. I've seen several posts reporting on the same issue from both lumia 800 and 900 (search white noise in the forum). It is very annoying! In addition, the volume buttons on my lumia 900 don't always work when screen is off, which has also been seen by many users. I'd say listening to music from headphones using lumia 900 is a bad experience due to these issues. I like lumia's design and overall it is a great phone. But these bugs disappoint me a lot.

It appears that whenever u get to a webpage (or application) that contains a white background and black text (which is usually the case in most pages!) and u look closely u can notice some moire effects that appears as horizontal white lines next to the text and these lines follows the text even when scrolling!! This is specially notable when u zoom in on a text or place the handset in landscape mode. Also the same moire effect appears but with vertical lines shifting between red and white as u zoom in and out of a picture with a white background! And No I don't have any screen protector (that in some cases can cause this effect) and Yes this is clearly a display issue because of these lines are being followed by my scrolling and not on a specific area on the display!

I just buy a brand new n8 today. I notice the difference in screen color tone. My nokia n8 screen color just show reddest color. And also it looks like it working in 16 bit color. It mostly noticeable when playing tron trailer. The black and grey color just look reddest. And the contrast seems set to very low. My old one, did not get this error.the color was so vivid.and the contrast was very good. The screen was so amazing, compare to mine.
