I want to unlock my E71 from Rogers. I checked on Ebay and found out there are some unlocking items. I think it is code unlocking. Can I unlock the phone by flashing myself? Or can I unlock by some calculator?
View 11 RepliesI have the X6. The phone rings and I unlock the keyguard using the slider on the side of the phone and the phone stops ringing. Then in order to answer the phone I press the green button on the bottom left of the phone or I press answer call on the screen and then I can speak which I suppose sounds fair enough. But I just think that something is wrong because surely the phone should continue to make the 'ringing' noise until I actually answer the call rather than going mute just because I have unlocked the keyguard.. Am I doing something wrong or is this just how the phone works?

It is taking multiple attemts to unlock my phone.I also observed that when I get to call, to cancel dragging the icon from right to left this is required multiple attempts.i.e many time dragging icon from right to left.
I don't know whether it is software problem or hardware. I have tried the repair operation also. my xperia neo is uptodate and running 2.3.4 os.I also tried to un install apps but I couldn't find any difference.Also once I unlock, those 5 screens, I can scroll inbetween and can touch home button. But when I long press on the screen to add widget/folder I am unable to do it as soon as I unlock phone. It is taking some time to respond.
As I purchased this phone in UK and using it in India, I am not sure how much service I can get in india from SE.I have bill for the mobile too.in other posts somebody told me to remove yahoo and i did the same but didn't find any difference.in short the touch scence is not responsive during unlock and for a while once get the home screen. I also installed andvance task killer app and killing apps frequently that also not making any help.
Every now and then, a prompt pops up asking whether which option do I want to use to connect to the internet. After I select an option usually my email gets uppated, so I'm assuming the email is asking for internet. Isn't there a way Nokia messaging would update itself on its own without my having to choose an option every time?

View 2 Replies View RelatedI'm experiencing some weird problems on my 5800 xm. When I unlock the phone after it has been locked for a while the touch screen doesn't react at all. But if I lock and unlock again, it starts to work. Not a very big problem but kinda annoying. The other problem is that none of the physical buttons are working, except for the on/off button.
All those problems came at once and from no where. I hadn't installed or updated anything recently when it came. I've tried to update to v.50 and I've tried a "soft reset" but it isn't working. I can't do a hard reset since the buttons used for doing aren't working.
It feels like it's some kind of software problem rather than a hardware problem or what do you think? Anything I can try before going back to the store?
Whenever I seem to unlock the phone on the side, or whenever i switch it on vertical /horizontal coloured lines appear on screen. I have tried firmware updates but nothing is working. I've bought the phone second hand, and had it a while, and have no recipet for it..

View 5 Replies View Relatediv recently bought an lg g3 and once setup I found out that it included something called smart unlock which allows me to unlock the mobile with my face.Now I went into settings - general - security - trusted agents - and enabled smart lock ( google)then went into display - lock screen - smart lock - and turned on trusted face, did that setup and made sure I had my pattern setup
