Nokia :: E55 - Cannot Connect To Netbook Via Bluetooth
May 17, 2010
I have a problem with connection my E55 with my netbook (Eee 1201n) by Bluetooth. A few days ago I connected my phone to netbook, but today I hadn't connected it, and I decided connected it again, and unfortunately it doesn't work . I reinstalled my Bluetooth soft and Ovi, but it still don't work When Ovi ask me about verification number, and I enter good number on my phone, after a few second I can see info that Ovi can't connect to my E55 by Bluetooth. I need my connection between phone and netbook by Bluetooth because I use internet from mobile phone
if anyone can tell me how to hook up to my netbook at i dont have a disk drive for the installation cd so i can do things with my phone on my net book as per upgrades for my phone put pictures on my netbook ect.
I want to connect nokia N95 8gb with my Laptob using bluetooth serial port, but i'm shocked when discovered N95 does not support serial port profile and the laptob can not open virtual bluetooth serial port to transfer data.
For some odd reason my BH-505 headset cannot connect to a Bluetooth dongle in my computer.t works flawlessly with my N8 though. There is nothing wrong with the dongle either.
There are things on the 800 I like, others infuriating. This thread I can't connect my Nokia BH105 earpiece to Lumia 800. Worked perfectly and automatic connection to my X6 once paired.
Won't connect, in pairing mode phone doesn't ask for passcode...unless I'm missing something...I think I have had it connected once. Bluetooth sees the earpiece, says connecting if I select but doesnt.
Also, if battery life is an issue, why doesn't the info bar at the top indicate Bluetooth is on, not just indicate when a headset is connected?
After upgrading to Symbian Anna, my N8 cannot pair to my laptop via bluetooth. This same phone could pair with the laptop earlier. My E6-00 can connect to the same laptop without any hassles via Bluetooth.
i have atheros bluetooth 3011 v7.2 on my hp probook 4530s laptop. my OS IS WINDOW 7 64bit. the bluetooth works fine with every other phone including my headset but not with my n8. please can somebody help.me?i also notice that microsoft generic bluetooth adapter works fine but i dont know where to download it.
I am unable to connect my laptop and my phone (5800 XpressMusic) through Bluetooth. When I run 'Nokia PC suite', it detects the phone, it also asks for the pairing code and then I get a message (on my laptop) - "Cannot authenticate the phone".
i'm totally happy with my lumia 920 black for about 3 weeks now.I did successfully paired with my Kenwood DDX4021 BT (as i did before with my Lumia 800 and HTC Mozart). The phonebook and call lists were successfully transfered to the radio.
Yesterday i went home and activated blutooth on the phone. It showed message of the features it found and seems to connect (radio showed the connect icon) but then just did a reset and reboot.I tried several times. Every time after/while pairing with the radio the lumia just reboots itself.
Anyone having issues with bluetooth connectivity and a soloution as I cannot get my N8 to connect to a 2005 BMW with factory fitted bluetooth not parrot or similar.
I can't connect my phone via Bluetooth I can connect it via USB so good but the option of Bluetooth disabled

i would like to pair my Nokia BH-104 bluetooth headset with my HP laptop running Windows 7 Professional 32-bit.I can pair the headset but the drivers are not installed correctly. It is decognzed as a Bluettoth Periphelial Device, but not as a headset. Updating the drivers fails.
I'm unable to connect to internet over the phone via bluetooth connection. But i'n able to connect to internet via usb cable. I believe it might be a bug as i'm able to use bluetooth to sync my contact to PC and transfer photo to other phones
I'm having problems connecting OVI to a Nokia N8-00 handset via Bluetooth. The Add New Device wizard is able to detect the phone but when selecting it from the list and proceeding it stays on "Checking the Bluetooth capabilities of your device." for some 20 seconds after which it eventually fails with the error of "Failed to connect to your device. Problems occurred while authorizing the Bluetooth connection between your device and computer."
I've verified that both devices are configured as authorized by their respective counterpart. Also tried to remove the pairing from both the laptop and phone and re-pair them again - same problem. I am able to sync the phone with OVI via USB no problem. I am also able to use my OVI with another Nokia phone (E72) via Bluetooth without any issues. This points me to a possible problem with Bluetooth on the N8 phone itself but I don't have any way to prove it.
I've had problems connecting to any blue tooth aparatus. I've tried with a couple of headsets and then this week I had a problem connecting to the bluetooth in the Sonata I rented. The bluetooth will connect but almost immediately drop the bluetooth connection.
In Hardware Manager, it shows Bluetooth Peripheral Device x(2) with yellow exclamation points. Every time it tries to install, it cannot find the driver files. Where can these be found?
on my ps3 is says scan for a nearby Bluetooth devices so I made my s5 available for nearby devices to see it. but the ps3 just kept scanning it never found anything. am I doing something wrong?

I cannot connect my two iPhones to each other via Bluetooth: they don't appear in the discoverable devices list if the phones. Each of the two easily connects to other devices like headsets, keyboard, iPad etc. What csan I try to connect my two iPhones? ( 3G and 3GS)
