Aug 23, 2010When I try to forward a text message to more than 10 people by using the contacts menu to select the recipients, the message changes from text message to multimedia message.
Since, I do not have a subscription for multimedia messages with my service provider, the message remains in the outbox and never gets sent.
Can someone advice why the text message converts to multimedia message? How to prevent this from happening everytime I send/forward text message to more than 10 people from the contacts list?

Jan 24, 2012So my N79 is refusing to let me send text messages on the grounds that "Text Message: Not enough memory to perform operation. Please delete some data first". So I went through and got rid of a heap of stuff - songs, videos the kinda things that are big files, and still no change.
My phone memory has 368kb free and my memory card has 3734 mb of free memory.Was working perfectly fine yesterday with more data and my phone stores about 1000 messages pretty easily, several videos, songs etc..

Jan 25, 2012i am unable to install many Qt apps from the nokia store. When ever i try to install Qt apps on my phone, it ask me for installing the package but the installation stops during ' preparing installation' and does not go through ' finalising installation'. After this i does find the nokia smart installer icon but when i click on it, it says ' no installation pending'. I can also find the application in application manager but can't find its icon anywhere. Some Qt apps does install properly but many including wellness diary, nokia drop, etc doesn't install. My device is Nokia X6 16 GB and i have latest firmware and all Qt components installed on my device.

Other posts here describe doing this by going to application manager>installed apps, selecting the app concerned and then Options. But when I select any app (press/options) or longpress, all I get is details about the app. There is no option to uninstall or do anything else. Just things like the rss widget (at last!) and the fancy clocks etc.However it consumed another 15mb of precious c drive leaving the phone with just 5mb and lots of messages to make space.Having the 2.1 microsoft apps I tried deleting the powerpoint broadcast app (i never use) which then removed the whole office app suite!So I formatted the mass memory- did a *#7370# and started again. Oct 13, 2012I downloaded the Microsoft Apps 2.1 via SW update but it is not getting installed. I get an error as "Unfortunately there was a problem getting your updates. You can use your 603 as normal. Please try again later to complete the update". I tried more than 20 times now, but everytime I get the same error.
Is there a problem with Microsoft Apps for 603? I have enough memory on my phone to have this 45 MB application installed. I do not where the downloaded file gets saved. Does anybody know about this.
