I lately discovered that when i download any jar. app and want to launch, it displays 'file not suppurted. Is there any thing i can do to restore this situation and start opening my jar. files? Or is nokia c3 generally not supporting jar. files?

When I closed the software update and started to use the opera mini and Nokia store, the Nokia store app is closing on its own. Other problems with fp2 are, camera takes long time to open. Gallery opens but we cannot tap on images, same thing with thumbnail image in the camera sometimes.

When ever i try to install Qt apps on my phone, it ask me for installing the package but the installation stops during ' preparing installation' and does not go through ' finalising installation'. After this i does find the nokia smart installer icon but when i click on it, it says ' no installation pending'. I can also find the application in application manager but can't find its icon anywhere. Some Qt apps does install properly but many including wellness diary, nokia drop, etc doesn't install. My device is Nokia X6 16 GB and i have latest firmware and all Qt components installed on my device.

View 9 Replies View RelatedMy phone was given to me by someone else but I did a complete reset and deleted their data and started using the phone.Everything was fine until I went on to a few questionable websites. Having clicked a few links, I found that new tabs were spontaneously opening in the safari browser and the app store kept kicking me out of my web session and inviting me to install some app.Â
As far as I am knowledgable, the phone is not jailbroken (if it was this would have been rectified when I did the reset, correct?).And as far as I know, the phone is very much safe, as long as it is not jailbroken, from malware etc. I did yet another reset, several intact, and I had a similar issue. This time though when I did the latest reset I did not include my iCloud and apple id credentials during the set up for fear of getting hacked. Â
The problem now is I have the issue on the phone, there is a lot of data, numbers and pictures I would like to transfer to my computer but I am 1) fearful of connecting it and 2) afraid to type in an email and password to send my data to myself, or even sync everything with iCloud.Â
The phone is also terribly slow, I don't know if this is a malware problem or if it is, as I read others have said the same online, the phone being too underpowered to support iOS 7.Â

Just things like the rss widget (at last!) and the fancy clocks etc.However it consumed another 15mb of precious c drive leaving the phone with just 5mb and lots of messages to make space.Having the 2.1 microsoft apps I tried deleting the powerpoint broadcast app (i never use) which then removed the whole office app suite!So I formatted the mass memory- did a *#7370# and started again.
