While Synchronizing my calendar from outlook 2007 with nokia 5800 I encountered a application crash with the following entry in the event viewer.

I was trying to sync with my computer. I did not realize it would take so long and didn't check my battery. My phone ran out of electricity and stopped in middle of sync.All I get is ATT opening screen. I can't get it to reboot.I can't get desktop manager to open or reinstall.
View 1 Replies View RelatedSo the other day, I had plugged my roughly 2 year old iPhone 3GS into my macbook pro to charge, when it suddenly had a strange crash and said it needed to be restored. It took several hours to finally restore after many -1 errors. Now however, it cannot start syncing so I cant go back to the way my iphone was before the restore. Also, I can't use wifi or iMessage - it says that my username or password must have changed when it hasn't at all, and the wifi option is just gray, I cant even open it in settings. Nothing seems to be working, except basic texting and calling.

I have had my Bold 9000 for about two months. I bought it unlocked and have been using it with T-mobile. When I first got it, i upgraded it to the latest leaked os 5.0. The thing is, I had problems with it. First it would just randomly crash and restart and crash and restart, continuously tell it just drained the battery out. Sometimes, on restarts, the standard Blackberry ringtones would not work, and sometimes they would. Sometimes when it would restart after crashing it would say, "net_app_something_ (52) isnt working and was canceled". I assumed it was a bad leak and tried several different version. (and this same occurred with each OS. I would install it on my pc, on my buddy's who has an unlocked Bold 9000 on t-mobile just like me. In the end I gave up and went back to 4.6. Yesterday i tried the new, official OS 5.0.It worked at first, but then when I install the newest BBM, it started crashing again, until the battery was gone. So now I have reinstalled it, kept the standard BBM that comes with the OS. and also deleted Quickpull. thinking it might have to do with it as well. On a last weird note. It seems only to crash in the evening. In the morning it is perfectly fine, however once it passes 4pm , the crashing beings, non if this occurs with 4.6.
Any ideas? My friend and I are both lost. Sorry for the wordy post, but it is really difficult to describe the retardedness of this situation.
My nokia N97 worked properly for over 4 months when it got a little slow. so I thought let's update it. I tried it with the software updater on the phone itself which didn't work. so I downloaded the software updater on this site. updated it, and now the C: memory is full. I can't use a thing about it and weirdly enough my computer doesn't find my phone. (I was still able to turn it on and enter the pin before it freezes) I went to the local phone repairguy. He tried to selftest it. And it said (translation from Dutch) "selftest phone failed. Take contact with the seller" and it stops there. What should I do. I live in Holland. (update's ain't possible)

View 5 Replies View RelatedI am not sure if it is my calendar customisation or a general problem but since the new year I cannot access the calendar on my Nokia 920.I press the calendar app button and the screen flickers and then does nothing (reverts to home screen). It was working ok yesterday but after the New Year it stopped working.I have a few Outlook calendars (4) linked to the phone calendar as it was difficult ot get feedback from the phone which calendars where linked to it when i set it up.
View 7 Replies View RelatedMaps (v3.09) on a nokia C7 worked fine until the last couple of weeks. Startup and positioning are OK. When I try to search for a destination though, the application crashes. Repeatedly. I can't think of anything I did lately (settings changes or new installs) that might have caused this. On the older threads regarding this issue, the best solution seemed to be updating the suite.

View 6 Replies View RelatedI've now been told by Nokia support chat, that I was supposed to 'monitor' the download, and later the installation of upgrades, when I called and explained that my phone is DEAD AS A DOORNAIL, stuck on the Nokia screen, no life, no hard reset, nothing helps. She failed to explain to me how exactly is it that one 'monitors' a download. Watch the bar? Anyway, stay away from the upgrade the system keeps telling you to do. I've had my $500 phone for 13 months and I'm told I have to pay to have it repaired, cause I'm out of warranty. BTW, if any of you have a suggestion, I'm all ears!

View 8 Replies View RelatedWhile updating to belle somebody tried calling me and phone seemed to crash at this point as the call carried on ringing for over a minute and I couldn't answer it. Had to restart phone and it went through the initialization and belle was installed..But now the whole phone runs so slowly - often takes 10-20 seconds to unlock the phone w slider, send or open a SMS message etc..Was working fine on anna yesterday. I've tried restarting it a few times but problem persists.On another note I tried deleting the 4000 old SMS messages that are over a month old from Nokia Suite, then syncing messages but it doesn't remove them from the phone.

2. Can I somehow reset/delete my current sync profile and start over with a fresh new sync of my mobile phone? I tried to un-install and re-install Ovi, but all the old sync data was already there... I want Ovi to "start over" if you will, in hope that this issue above goes away.
It seem when I am in water polo between 10-2ish my phone has randomly crashed and gone to safemode I think every day.Is there something I can install so I can view the error log to see what is doing this to my phone?

i have an iphone 4s with a 5.1.1 software. i tried calling a friend who's using an iphone 4 with the same software version. while we are using facetime my iphone 4s turned off and restarted again. i dont have any problem with my wifi connection. i tried calling again using facetime and for just 1min same problem occurred. iphone4s turned off and restarted. i tried it 3x and still it has the same problem, then my iphone was so hot.

I've just downloaded today's iOS 7.1.2 update on my iphone 4. I agreed to the install and now on the apple screen it is stuck with the install progress line half way. Has been like this for an hour.
Do I reboot my phone somehow, connect to my computer?

I've recently acquired my first BB, a Curve 9320 and when I linked it to the Desktop Software was enticed into carrying out a firmware upgrade from v7.1 bundle 1319 to v7.1 bundle 2039After automatically running another backup, the upgrade crashed and bricked the device, which has had to be replaced under warranty. The replacement has the original firmware version on it!Should I be tempted to try the upgrade again, or play it safe and keep what I've got?

View 5 Replies View RelatedThe first time I tried to video camera on my Z3+ the android camera app crashed. After that I was unable to start the camera as it said the device was not available. The Z3+ wasn't hot or been doing anything prior and was at the lock screen. I opened the camera via the camera icon in the bottom right of the lock screen and then attempted to switch to video mode.
Secondly, is there a way to turn off the sound the camera makes when you start it? Even when the notifications are set to silent and the "Sound Slider" is off in the camera settings I still get the little tinkle sound when I start the camera...
After the new update, most of my games crashed. I can't open them, even I can open, it will close by itself.

fixing error -1 when restoring iphone 3gs after 5.1 crash. my phone was working for about two days after update to 5.1 but all of a suden it restarted it's self and came up with the message (needs to be activated) conect to itunes. after trying to restore my phone it comes up with the message (the iphone could not be restored an unknown error ocurred (-1))

Since i updated my iphone 3GS 32G from IOS 4.3.3 to IOS 5.1, the phone crash and shut down several times. To restart it, i have to plugged it. Each time, I checked the battery level, it appears at about 50% and whatever apps i use. It crashed with Photo, Tiny Tower, Blokus apps. I don't try other apps yet. I already make a complete rescue. Unfortunately, i can't downgrade to IOS 4.3.3.
