Jan 6, 2010I own a 6700 and yesterday i lost my calculator function which is usually in the organiser screen has any one had the same problem and if so how do you get it back?

Mar 6, 2010My calculator has gone from my organiser menu (or ANY MENU for that matter). I have firmware V7.90 (latest, with no newer firmware available from Nokia, and no V7.90 firmware for me to reload it.)

Mar 14, 2012I updated the firmware of my iPhone 3GS to iOS 5.1 yesterday. After the update, I noticed that I have lost all of my contacts on the phone, so I plugged it back in to the computer and went with "Restore from backup", which was dated just a few hours prior to updating the firmware.
After it finished restoring, my contacts were all back but half of my apps are missing. I tried redownloading from the App Store as well as syncing from the computer, but the data (game saves, etc) are still missing. How do I get them back?

May 5, 2012I am using c6-01 phone, few days ago I got some problem with my new software, I need to reload it, after reinstallation I have lost my all contact no. Before reinstallation I always used sync contact through ovi store but never tried to take backup, but know I am not able to found my lost contact anywhere. Jul 28, 2010After an issue with my N97 where I was unable to do any backups from the phone to the internal memory card, I reformatted and reinstalled the apps to my N97 (making sure I did a backup using PC Suite before hand).
Upon restoring the PC Suite image, I found that it didn't restore the list of favourites which have meant that I've lost them all - I'm sure I remember that the backup to memory card did make a copy of them, but as I wasn't able to do this, this wasn't a possible solution .....
Luckily, Google Maps have most of my starred items (favourites) saved, (barring the one I managed to unstar by accident), but it appears as if Google doesn't store the actual co-ordinates and doesn't allow them to be exported ... So in short - is there anyway at all I can get my favourites back ?

Mar 21, 2010My new 6700 Classic turns itself off fairly often.It's especially extremely annoying when I've been on hold for a long time and then have to start all over again during 15 minute wait time or whatever.It's also infuriating when I'm using the navigation and go to look at directions but phone is off and then I have to pull over and wait 5 minutes for it to turn on and find satellite again.Do I have a defective phone or is it possible a firmware update or making sure battery is as tight as possible or any other thing might be the solution?It's a UK phone but I'm in the states and don't think I'd be able to get a warranty replacement.

May 17, 2010Have tried to set up my pop3 email on my 6700 slide using the same settings I've always used on previous phones/pc and for some reason emails just won't send. However my main problem is that I keep getting a message flash on screen saying 'Unable to send message:[Email address]. As soon as I clear it, it comes back about 2 seconds later and just won't go away. Stops me doing anything on the phone as I have to keep clearing the message every few seconds. I've gone into drafts/outbox, every folder I can find in 'Messaging' and there's no copy of the email to even delete it. I've even gone to my mail server on the web and the message isn't showing. From the mailbox itself on the phone, I've tried to folders under 'More folders' but there's nothing showing - no sent or drafts folders. How can I stop this error message appearing every 2 seconds?

Aug 23, 2010I'm not sure if it's some fuction on the phone that is trying to connect or what.It wasn't bothering me that much until this morning when my alarm didn't go off. When I looked at my phone the little display box was on the screen and only when I cancelled that did the alarm go off. A text message also came in when the display box was cancelled, although it had been sent an hour earlier.I can't really rely on the alarm function until I get this sorted out so if anyone has any tips?
