my nokia 6303c has been a bit of an annoyance, it crashed 2wice so I had to repair it and the last time it requested password for my micro SD card which I forgot, or it just wont accept it. Because I'm pretty sure I've entered every possible combination. I read that you could use fexplorer if you have a sybian nokia but I don't. Can I format my card through PC suite? It's be good if there's a way I could save all the files on my SD card but if formatting is the only way then how do I do it? I tried chucking my SD card into adapter and into built in card reader on my PC but my PC doesn't read it, I think its cause it's faulty (the card reader) I got vista also. Which sucks. It doesn't read mmc full size too so its not the micro SD adapters fault.
How to remove installed apps from nokia? I cannot uninstall apps from phone because when I select Application mgr. > Installed apps. I have black screen and error message 'Memory full'. Nokia X6.
I am using Nokia E63 Mobile Device. Recently I re-installed my Mobile Operating System through Nokia Customer Care - but still I am seeing Application references in 'App Manager'. How do I completely remove / Delete these application references from my Device?
I am using a N8-00 device, in Ovi Store i want to download an install some applications, and apps doesn't download but it's connected to internet. How can i stop to download application?
"Nokia application explorer" is inadequate, will not let me remove apps thru PC suite. Also tried looking around OVI, no mention of an app manager in there, I don't want to go poking around deleting files in the phone, is there no other way doing this?
I've been suffering from a problem in my nokia 6303 classic,Since I've updated the phone software to v10.10, many apps showed up like ovi contact and ovi share wich are completely useless and memory consuming but unfortunately I couldn't remove them.
I have Aino black with me. I don't know how to change the shortcuts which are pre defined like facebook and media. I want to change these options. But I am unable to find them. I tried many times to find them many times but only navigation keys can be changed. I want to customize my Aino and also please suggest me some software or application in which I can use on the main desktop of Aino like gadgets.
I've seen than HTC phones with similar features than Nokia or Motorola cell phones for instance are cheaper.. Why is that?? For instance HTC Touch Viva is cheaper than Nokia 5800, Nokia 6790 or Motorola MOTOZINE ZN5... Why is that? What are HTC phones disadvantages compared with other brands phones?
my Bold 9780 was stolen from my car in Johore, Malaysia. How can I track the phone using BB Protect.I tried but it just can't get a response. Is there anyway to turn on the apps just like th Android phones via wifi or 3G?
It appears no one is developing apps for BB anymore. Will BB's OS 10 be able to run Android apps? I ask this because I understand those with Mac computers can run Windows programs. Will BB apps designed for OS 5, 6, or 7 run on BB10?
I am trying to find out what additional apps people have on their phones and why? Now what do you have on your phone.I want a task killer to extend my battery life running Android 2.3.4
Someone got a brandnew N97 from O2 in Germany. The interesting thing is the packages says "Made in China". My own N97 was made in Finland, as expected. Does Nokia really assemble some N97 in China? Or could this be a faked phone!? But I do not expect O2 to sell faked phones. What does Nokia say about this? Here you can see a picture of the package: http://www.abload.de/image.php?img=01032010133c7bldey8.jpg
I tried several time to find the way to delete some rubbish apps but I could not find the menu with delete option. Also in Ovi suite, no way to delete apps.
I have a number of apps on my iPhone 4 that are resisting removal. First of all, unlike my iPad, none of them show an "X" in the upper left when they wiggle. Next, some apps do not delete upon syncing when I uncheck them in the iPhone apps tab. Third, some apps show only on the iPhone, but not on any of the iTunes sections, e.g., library or device app tab.
How do you remove anything from iphone 5c? I have duplicates songs I'd like to remove as well as remove some apps to see if I can prolong battery life.
I have tried to get the little "X" on the app when I want to remove it and it does not come up. I went into iTunes to remove the app and the "remove" option/button is "greyed" out. I have backed up the phone, updated the phone and rebooted the phone. Is this a "new Bug"?
My carrier is TMobile in the US. I like them as a a carrier, but what's a bit annoying is the lack of phones supporting 3G on TMO. I'm limited to a few models only, mostly directly from them.Does anybody know what the chances are that this will change in the future? That Nokia will have more models with compatible bands? Or will this particular band always be left as a **bleep**, mere afterthought of a band?
I like the apps offered in BB App World but there is a limit as to how many I can keep. Even though I delete some apps it shows as 'uninstalled' or even 'unavailable'. Is there any way that my deleted apps can be removed totally without evidence that I had it? Another question, are the deleted apps taking up space on the memory on my phone? Can I transfer them somewhere else?
How do you remove apps completely? I removed apps from my iPhone 4, but every time I connect my iPhone to my computer (MacBook), I get update requests from deleted apps. I want to get rid of this junk completely.
I got my lovely Desire HD. First Android phone and first HTC phone. I have had few issues. I had the lagg issue that people have, but seems to have gone for now. But I was wondering 2 things.
1. My screen goes off after 5-10 seconds of not using, how do I extend this?
2. Got loads of pre-installed apps, like soundhound, stocks etc. Can I remove these?
Has somebody already installed it, I just got message from Nokia that its available.Any noticeable effects ? Bricking phones? Is bluetooth problems gone? I don't want to update yet until somebody tells me the difference. I'm not so crazy person, even though I'm a Finn.
