Motorola Xoom 2 :: Freezes In Some Games
Jan 18, 2012I have freezes while playing HeavyGunner 3D. url..This game was working correctly even on my old HTC HD2! url...The games are from android market. Tried rebooting, updating, everything.contrary to this, Dead Space is working without freezes.

I have seen a couple of other people on the net having this problem but not many so I know it is not widespread. It has made my Xoom almost unuseable for playing most games though.

Jan 9, 2012just bought a motorola fe and so far everthing is going great. I was just wondering why there are certain games in the android market that is not compatible with motorola fe. Games like gta3, deadspace, modern combat and other games.. is there an update we need? so for the other games namely modern combat 3 and GTA 3 will never be compatible with the xoom fe? I did try to install the games using the link that was provided but still said that it was not compatible.

Jun 3, 2012I have a problem with the sd card on my Xoom wifi with Android 4.0.4. I have my music collection on an sd card which is loaded in my Xoom. Initially the music plays fine in the Google Play Music App, but after using the tablet for a day or two the music will no longer play. I get a message that the music cannot be played. This message then appears when attempting to play any music on the sd card.
I can temporarily fix the problem by erasing the Media Storage and Google Play Music data or resetting the tablet as suggested by gmanapps, but the problem repeats itself. I also tried syncing/not syncing with Google Music, disabling the Google Play Music app and using an alternate player, and formatting the sd card.
In general I have been happy with my Xoom, but this issue really concerns me. Does this point to a larger problem of stability in the Android file structure?

Aug 16, 2011Just received a 32GB PNY Class 10 card and installed it in my 3G Xoom. Everything appears to be working, create directories, copied videos to the Video directory, etc. The same videos I moved to the SD card all played just fine from the default directory.Video app sees the videos, but when I attempt to open a video the screen dims and nothing happens. I've stopped the Video app, cleared the cache, and unmounted and remounted the SD Card.

I used to stream video using DLNA and upnplay from my nas, but now I can play the files directly from the share on the nas! Much simpler and it seems better. Got mine and can't download any of the PS games.If you select "Get Games" it takes you to the game choices, pick a game and it goes to Gameloft site.Jump through the hoops there, get a text message with a link. Click on that link and it takes you right back to the Gameloft site. Got a hold of AT&T and got told it's not their problem.
