View 4 RepliesAT&T x 10a unbranded generic upgrade x10aUnable to disable call forwarding when busy (when using phone in any way out side of home screen automatically forwards calls to voicemail.Tried dialing #24# and says "connection problem or invalid MMI codeWent into call settings, call forwarding, and tried disable Forward when busy and get "Call settings error: unexpected response from network"According to online support the screen after call settings is supposed to say GSM settings, then call forwarding. However mine just says "other call settings" and for voicemail settings it just says "my carrier". The only other spot I see GSM settings is under Mobile Network settings, Network Mode: GSM/WCDMA Preferred is checked. I tried changing it to GSM, but it didn't help, and the "H" that has been showing up changed to an "E". ( "H" is supposed to mean 3G+ from what I've gathered)
View 1 Replies View RelatedThe screen goes to sleep after the specified time (default of 30 seconds, I have not changed that) even when on a call (both normal calling or when on speaker) Problem is, the only way to activate the screen again is to hit the power key, but this also hangs up the call. Is this a feature/bug, and is there a way around this issue? I don't really want to change the time to sleep to a longer time, as this would waste the battery for other use.

In Italy I will be purchasing a prepaid sim card for use in Italy for the time that I will be there, but would like to have my US calls routed to the new number provided by the new sim card. Can that be done using call forwarding on the Curve?
View 3 Replies View RelatedWhen I dock my Razr HD (JB 4.1.2) to my genuine Motorola car dock, my music will automatically route to the car speakers, which is what I want but for incoming and outgoing calls the audio goes to the phones external speaker by default. I can touch the speaker button that then routes the audio to the car speakers but how do I make call audio route to the car speakers by default and not the phones external speaker? If there isn't a setting I can change then maybe an app that will do it for me?

View 1 Replies View RelatedDid anyone else notice that the RAZR HD didn't get any of the new jelly bean camera features? Like swiping over to see your pics then being able to delete pics by swiping up or down. I was looking forward to those features but they were left out with new update.

This is the response.
""Call forwarding can only be done by the NETWORK PROVIDER"".
I have contacted Virgin Mobile and still haven't a response from them since monday
I was using Google Voice to answer business calls and having those calls routed to my Photon. When I received a call, if it had my Google Voice (GV) number in the display, I would know it was a business call. In recent months I've decided to stop using GV but have been unsuccessful in getting it to stop answering calls I miss. I've tried everything short of cancelling my GV account.
While doing some research into this, I found out that I have to disable "conditional call forwarding" on my phone but have not been able to locate the settings for this.
Prior to ICS, I was able to select 3G only. How do I do that with ICS
View 2 Replies View RelatedHas anyone else noticed a crackling noise (like bad reception / interference) when placing calls? I want to say what I notice is when I'm getting the ring back while waiting for someone to pick up is the "only" time I hear it. The audio in calls seems to be ok. It's sounds like a weak signal or interference. As far as I know (though I use my phone more for data than voice).I haven't noticed anything horrible as far as reception/call audio in calls, aside from when calling my mom, but I think that's her (she's famous for leaning on the mic or mumbling and trailing off). I start to think I must be old (I'm not) and losing my hearing (I'm not) but then I just realize it's herI don't know if it's because usually when I make a call I just unlock the screen and make the call and it was trying to re-start any data sleeping modes and such or if it's something else...

View 5 Replies View RelatedAfter the ICS update, I lost the GPS Enabled/Disabled toggle widget that used to be on my Razr Maxx. It was so easy to push this button to enable/disable the GPS function. Just like the Airplane mode.... Any ideas how I can bring that back?? BTW, I now need to use 3 steps to check the Stand Alone GPS block on my locations in order to use my Google Maps Navigator.
View 1 Replies View RelatedOn the next update we need the option to disable more apps like that weather thing that's always running and backup assistant + media that I don't use and dlna. We need to be able to disable all apps that is safe to do so. Cause the three that I mention here are running all the time and I don't even use them. I've stopped them and there already running again. At least make these 3 so that they can be disabled.

View 4 Replies View RelatedI use GO SMS as my primary text messaging app. With ICS I had the ability to disable the stock text messaging app but after the Jelly Bean update, the disable button is now grayed out. Disabling the stock messaging app enabled me to access the GO SMS app from the lock screen as well as from the Circle widget.
View 3 Replies View RelatedI love my Droid M so far, but I really don't like the startup animation. How can I at least disable the sound, and ideally, disable both the animation and the sound?
I'm seen posts that refer to renaming files under "System/Media", but I don't see that path on my phone.
Call forwarding is enabled what do I do....
View 1 Replies View RelatedI updated my 2-week-old LG G3 to Lollipop this morning. Working great, except they doubled up on an annoying feature from KitKat.
With my first Android phone, I could press once on a Call Forwarding quickdial shortcut, and the phone would immediately dial, forward calls, and disconnect. (The quickdial shortcut calls (*722065551212) ). KitKat saw fit to add a popup confirmation window:
Call forwarding (*72)
All incoming calls will be forwarded to 206-555-1212
Dial *73 to turn off Call Forwarding
(Cancel) (Forward calls)
I disliked this popup as soon as I saw it. Sadly, when I run call forwarding under Lollipop, the popup appears, I press (Forward calls), the popup closes, then appears again. After the second press of (Forward calls), the call is completed and calls are forwarded.
Is there a setting to return to the pre-KitKat behavior? Or even the KitKat behavior, with a single popup?
I looked at the app store, and tried several free call forwarding apps. They all send the same signal to the phone's dialer, resulting in the same double popup.
It is really weird, this started happening today. My signal goes down to only 2 bars. People keep saying they can't hear me. I have not muted my phone. What could be causing this? Turned off phone, cleared cashe.

I'm on a pre-paid T-Mobile plan that does not support call forwarding of any kind. Only their 2-year contract plans do. The iPhone Call Forward feature is fully unconditional and carrier independent - if I understand it correctly - but I only need it to be active between certain hours of the day - when I'm at work and where there is no reception.

my iPhone 5 will not allow call forwarding, each time i try, it allows me to type in a number, but that is it, when i press BACK it just switches call forwarding back off.
