View 1 RepliesI just received a replacement refurbished flipside that came with a micro SD Card that was NOT already pre-installed in the phone. When I went to try to put it in, it doesn't fit right! It seems to be too small and moves around too much in the slot. Am I just doing something wrong? How is it supposed to fit in that slot? There is a little rubber tap that says "Lift Here" -- I do that and put the micro SD Card in the slot, but the card is just to small!

View 1 Replies View RelatedI replaced my cliq with the cliq 2 today. When I moved my 2gb sandisk sd card into my new phone, the phone was unable to recongnize that it contained the card. It worked perfectly fine on my old phone, so I put it back in my old phone, transferred the files from the card onto my computer to save them, and then formatted the card. I put the card back into my new phone and it still doesn't recognize it.
View 10 Replies View RelatedAnyway I got my flipside from AT&T this friday and when i turned it on it booted up to the part where it ask me my motoblur account, while im setting that up it just shuts down, restarts and repeats. I've done the factory reset and used RSD lite and still no luck.
View 4 Replies View RelatedI downloaded the MotoHelper_2.0.49_Driver_5.0.0.exe and installed it on my computer. However when I connect the usb cable to the flipside and the computer, neither the computer or the phone will recognize the connection until I shutdown, power off, then power on the phone. Then I only have a couple of seconds to click on the usb notification on the phone before it disappears.
This all started when I started searching for a solution to the low phone storage warnings I was getting all the time. The battery life also bites.
When I try to import contacts into motoblur my phone tells me downloads are disabled. How do I enable downloads?
View 15 Replies View RelatedI just bought a new 130GB class 10 PNY SD card for my T Mobile G4 and at first it was working fine. Then which I was transferring music files to the SD card it had a random error, and now the G4 won't recognize it. If I put in a different SD card it works, and my PC sees the PNY card. I've tried reformatting it to NTSC and Fat32 with no luck. The PNY card isn't corrupted according to my PC. I scanned for that too.
What should I do?
Just updated my iphone 4S and now it doesn't recognize my SIM card.It was bought at Applestore - Madrid and it accepts(ed) any SIM card...I've pulled it out, on-off, sincronized it, reset.

On starting usb connection it tells me that i don't have a memory card in and PC-suite might not work as expected. I tried a soft-reset (*#7370#), but it still does not recognize the memory card. All applications saved on my memory card are no longer displayed. In file manager it tells me I have no memory card in. Of course I have ejected and inserted the memory card, but the initial problem started when my I was just browsing.

I have an LG G3 and I got sandisk 128GB card. I have used it and it worked fine. Then suddenly it was dead - no adapter or phone or PC could recognize it.The store replaced it and I started using the new one and the same thing happened. They replaced it again and now I'm afraid that it will happen again.I suspect that it is dead once it gets to 32GB but I cant be sure.
View 1 Replies View RelatedI have seen similar threads but am not sure if this issue has been resolved beyond "sounds like its just a bad card...
I got a new 2 GB Sandisk media card and once I installed it and turn on the phone, I get a warning message telling me there is a media card that needs to be formatted. I go to Options>>Media Card>>pull up the menu>>click on Format card. The phone freezes. I have let it sit for 30-45 min. I end up having to pull the battery. I have tried several times. I have deleted most 3rd party apps in case they were the culprit (they were not).
I've tried removing the card and blowing dust out of the area, pulling the SIM card out as well, but, frankly, I assumed those wouldn't work because the phone is recognizing that the card is install, it just freezes when trying to format. Interestingly, the phone is still "on" in some degree; I don't receive phone calls or texts, but my bluetooth is still connected as the blue light is flashing, but I cannot make outgoing calls with it.
One thing that may make my situation unique is that I received this card from a friend who pulled it from their new Blackberry Bold (9700). He did not know if it was formatted at the time as he immediately placed a 4 GB Sandisk into his and gave me the 2 GB. Could formatting on a newer model prevent retro-using in an older model? Can this issue be resolved?
I went to AT&T today to see if they could take a look. They couldn't tell me much but did let me try to insert a different disk - a 4 GB Sandisk. There was NO prompt when I turned the phone back on, and I checked Options>>Media Card and it told me that the card was already installed and I had X.X GB of free space.
I have scoured the internet and AT&T and refuse to believe that this is just a bad card. This has seemed to occur enough that if they are all bad cards, Sandisk is cranking out a ton of corrupt products here.
I've gone ahead and bought a 8GB Sandisk card because I don't want to be limited on the amount of music I can put on my player at any given time. For the most part the thing works(ed) like it was suppose to. Dragged over all my Media files from my 1gb and things have been cool ever since. Now while I take good care of my BB Curve 8320, it takes the odd fall here and there. Never enough to damage or mar the screen and these falls have happened WITH the new 8GB card inside.....up until today, when it took a bunny hop of a fall...and now the card is "Unreadable and needs formatting"
WTF? I'm all ready to format it, but whenever I try doing so using the Blackberry...it freezes. Whenever I try doing it on my computer...I get no response. I heard someone said to put it in the big SD adapter thing and try using it on a comp and formatting it there...I'll have to search for a comp with an SD drive to get that done in a bit...but incase that doesn't work...Do I have any other options?
This is absolute crap..when I opened the BB to see if the chip was dislodged, it wasn't...the BB won't read it now...it reads the other 1gb quite fine but not this one....and living in a third world country It's not like as is I can bomb over there and get another card for a decent price as opposed to purchasing a severly marked up one here. Has anyone ever had this sort of problem with any of the bigger model phones? I'm starting to think that this Curve thing is too 'delicate' for my liking.
i bought a memory card from online its called SanDisk MicroSDHC memory card does this memory card work for blackberry curve 9360?

View 1 Replies View RelatedI connect my Droid X via USB to my PC, just like always to open and move/copy files between phone and computer, but Windows doesn't recognize photos I've taken since November 2011. I browse to the DCIM directory where my photos are located, but I can't open them with ANY program on my PC, not even preview them, with Windows Picture and Fax Viewer, any graphics program, Picasa photo viewer, etc. The error says that the photo type is either invalid, or I don't have ot latest update to Windows Photo viewer, but I do have the latest.
Photos taken prior to November are just fine, and all photos can be viewed on my phone from the gallery or opening the directory. I have long suspected this was due to an automatic Android update pushed to my phone at the end of October/early November, and have put it off, but now I really need to get photos off my phone.
I'm having trouble getting my Z6c to recognize music on my SD card. I synced from Windows Media Player to the card, but when I put the card in the phone, it can't find the songs. I had this same problem on another Moto phone. (I know the card is properly formatted, because it recognizes the photos I put in the My_Pix folder.)
I notice when I sync to the SD card, a Music folder appears. I move the album to the My_Music folder before putting the card in the phone, but no success. This is my own music I've ripped from CD.
Do I need to do this via a USB cable instead? I tried getting help from Verizon, but the CSR just kept telling me to use VCast. I don't see why this wouldn't work with Windows Media. Things were so much easier on my BlackBerry, but I really want to like this phone.
I've owned my Motorola Triumph for the past month. While I have been pretty happy with it, I have been having SD card reader issues over the past couple of weeks. My phone will suddenly stop recognizing my SD Card (a Topram 32 gb). I'll put the card in my computer and it reads it just fine. Also, if I put a different card in my phone it will also refuse to read that card as well. I have powered down, pulled the battery, etc. I did do one hard reset once which took care of the problem, but seems to be happening every 2-3 days now. It will eventually recognize the card after several shut downs, but this is proving very frustrating as there is not pattern or specific cause to this. I'm not sure if this is a hardware or a firmware issue.

My flipside as i was loading a webpage just went black(while plugged into computer for charging). i hit the power button and nothing happended. So tried plugging into wall outlet and the green light will flicker a few times but will not charge. If i pull the plug out just a slight bit i can keep the green light but phone still does not charge. I have had previous problems of phone randomly discharging with 30 percent battery left. glitch? but the fact that the phone will not even power to charging screen indicates somethign must be wrong. I tried a friends charger of the same phone without any luck. Battery has not indicated any signs of wearing out. It would last as long as the first day i bought the thing. Anyone else had similar problems?
View 4 Replies View RelatedI am trying to install a relatively small application with a size (according to the Market) of 1.3MB. Every time I try to install, it says there is insufficient storage available. I have cleared more than 1.3MB of unused data and storage out to give me a total, according to the settings on my phone, of 15.5MB free space on the phone. My SD card has 1GB of free space. The market still says there is insufficient storage available to install this 1.3MB file. What gives? I've cleared more data out than that and it still won't install. I went from 9MB free space on the phone to 15. How is there not enough space? I've even turned the phone off and restarted trying to reset the RAM to no avail
View 8 Replies View RelatedSo my phone started acting badly, constantly apps crashing and needed to be forced closed. After several reboots I finally got to the settings and realized the phone was completely out of space (0.00 MB free). I found no cache in any applications, and started to delete data as much as I could, uninstalled Dolphin, etc., and after several reboots it still had no free space. So ... factory reset ... and disaster. The phone came back, but would only display the setup wizard, click done, re-display the setup wizard (perpetual loop). Eventually I did the hardware reset method, but got the same result. So I tried re-installing the latest update ROM.hat really should have worked. But it started installing it and fails with (Status 2) - whatever that means.I've managed to get around the perpetual-loop wizard, but I think it has no home application. I get a bar at the top that I can flick down, but no screen, no menu, no way to actually work the phone. I think if I could get something reinstalled on it it might work, but there doesn't seem to be a way to do that.
View 2 Replies View RelatedI admit that I am having the hardest time learning how to use this phone and the user's guide is useless. My phone would not let me to a text today because I have too much stored data. I don't get it. I made about 4 texts since I got the phone and my contact list has about 20 contacts. Clearly something is downloading and saving, but I can't even find out how to delete old texts? I can't tell what application I actually need to be working or on, and there's a ton of them that I can't figure out what they do. I got this phone so I could get on line and google if I needed to, but there's just too much crap available that I can't follow understand. I realize I sound pathetic.

View 2 Replies View Relatedmy brand-new flipside occasionally won't load the menu. i press the button to load it and the screen just goes black with only the white notifications bar at the top, as though it is going to load but never does. if i press the sleep button and leave it alone for awhile the problem usually goes away, but this can get to be quite a problem, as i can't set alarms or use my gps, etc
