I tried to connect my Brother and Samsung printers but it doesn't see them. I even upgraded the printer firmware, the latest supports windows 10. Do they have to be on wireless or should ethernet connected also work? I have a Brother HL2270 laser and Samsing clx-3180 multifunction laser.

My mind was blown this morning when I plugged it in to charge (was down to 3%), and I went to have a shower, breakfast, watched the news, came back up and saw it at 97%.There's so many features I could sit here and praise, but that will take forever, so I just wanted to point out one tiny feature that's puzzled me. I remember in the iphone 2G days, everyone was saying "where the f is cut and paste or copying or whatever"... and I've followed the news long enough to know that it's been added, but i'm not quite sure how it works.Like last night for example, I was browsing the net in Safari when i accidently touched something and a little box appeared that say Cut/Copy/.I wasn't sure how to replicate it, so could someone here kindly tell me how to use this wonderful feature?

However, the find function no longer works. If I type A, is says no passwords found even though I can see a bunch as soon as I open it. i was suprised to find that the videos i took with the nokia lumia 1020 were in the format of mp4. is it possible to use a higher definiation type of format. with 32 gb's of space it would seem it could handle heavier formats. secondly is there a zoom function in the camera.

View 2 Replies View RelatedOver the last week or so when I start up the camera it gets stuck at the "Loading...." screen. When it first started it happened about every other time I started the camera, but is gradually becoming more frequent and sometimes I cant get it to work at all unless I restart the phone and even then it's not certain.
The camera mechanism itself doesn't seem to be making any strange or loud noises when this happens, so that leads me to think its probably not hardware related. Between this and my wifi only wanting to connect when it feels like it I'm just about at the end of my rope with what started out as a great phone.
My wife's Nokia Lumia 1020 still works like a champion, except that she can't take video.
I can switch on the "Lumia Camera" app fine, and use the rotary symbols at the right to switch to video mode. However, quite frequently, pressing the video symbol will not start recording; the countdown will stay at 00:00. This only happens sometimes though. There's 20GB free so storage isn't the issue.
I have a problem setting it up to connect with my works exchange server.
- I put in the email and the password, it wont connect
-I then key in my username, it still wont connect
- I Press Advanced
- Then I key in the Server (Webserver) without the "https://"
- The Sign in button is gray and it wont connect
- I uncheck the SSL option, no cange
- I've mailed the SSL Certificarte, and tried both with SSL on an SSL of, still the Sign In button is gray.
Since it is Windows on the phone, there should be no problems connecting with MS Exchange i should think.This have been working quite easy with my iPhone and HTC with Android.there I just keyd in Mailadress, username, password and server.
The blue tooth pairing on My Lumia 900 only works for either calls or music. Secondly only music on my phone streams on my cars blue tooth. Sound from videos in phone or live music from radio station apps does not.

View 5 Replies View RelatedMy phone has been acting up since installing the latest iOS 7.1.1. The back lighting for the screen works intermittetly. I have been able to get it to come back on by turning the phone off and back on, but not every time. Once I enabled VoiceOver through Siri and turned ScreenCurtain On and Off. Other times, just clicking the home button and a few times on a notification that would turn the back lighting on. The phone seems to want to respond to turning the back lighting on, but does not do it every time it should. It usually takes 10 - 30 minutes of me working with it to get it to come back on. The phone has not been dropped and is in an Otterbox case.

No matter what I do I don't receive any. I get the tile counters, a glance screen notification and it shows new email in the notifications menu but I don't get any sound or vibrate for new emails arriving.
