Lumia 950 :: Any Way To Turn Off RAW Image For All Photos?
Jan 12, 2016Is there a way to turn off the RAW image for all photos? This takes up a lot of space on my SD Card. I just want the standard photos to be saved on my lumia 950.

Lumia 1020 :: Moving Photos - Now Have 17 Of SAME Image But Photos GONE

Oct 20, 2013It makes no difference which Nokia "Camera" I use. The photos all turn out with a strong lime green tint. I've tried three 1020s now and am about to give up. I took a picture of friends in their living room, which was cream with neutral earth tone colors. It came out green on green. I took another of friends in a sand beige painted classroom. The walls came out a sickly lime green.
The only commonality in both situations was that one person in each grouping was wearing lime green, so I went back to the classroom to try again. With the classroom empty, the photo still came out lime green.
Nokia :: E72 Photos Taken No Longer Appear In The Image Gallery
May 14, 2010I just discovered that since the last 2 weeks photos I take no longer appear in any of the media image galleries - to find a photo I need to go into the Office folder and use the file manager. It seems that the problem may have coincided with me removing the memory card - hopefully not coinciding with firmware update! Is there a way to reset the image gallery to show all captured images?

Aug 24, 2014I lost my hundreds of precious photos taken during my vacation during the import process using Image Capture. Â
I took hundreds of photos in my iphone 5s during my vacation. I came back and haven't started the iphone backup yet which was my first mistake. I then used Image Capture in my MacBook Pro to transfer the photos from 5s camera roll to a folder in my macbook. I checked the option "Delete After Import" which was my second mistake!Â
During the transfer, it successfully transferred some of the photos but over half of them were not. There was errors after the import process so those error out pictures were not found neither in my Macbook nor in my iphone.Â
I tried different recovery tool to scan my iphone or my macbook but still no luck.Â

Jun 2, 2012I have a problem with my nokia n86, when I go to Photos > Captured photos and I "travel" by the months that the pictures were taken, for some pictures, the preview image is completely different than the actual image! For example, I browse the phone for some the pictures taken in september 2011.
Then, when I choose one and try to use it, or even if I enlarge the picture I chose, I find out that the preview is plain wrong. This bug is for most of the pictures I took. This is really annoying - I can't find pics I took and use them. I must move them all to the computer. Also restart wont fix it. And I tried to update the software but it is the latest.

Aug 3, 2015I bought a used Nexus 5 a few days ago and it has worked fine till today.
When I bought it, I checked every function of the phone on the spot to see if it was okay. It was rooted and a custom recovery and ROM was on it. I brought it home and flashed the factory image from Google. Worked fine till today.
Today, the phone turned itself off, first it showed a black screen, then a dimly lit but still black. I tried to turn it on but it shows a pixelated screen like this:

I tried everything on these pages, but I couldn't solve my problem.
After a while, the phone turns off (with flickering screen) due to battery drain and if I plug it to my computer, it turns on with a dimly lit black screen then off, but I can access the storage on Windows.
I tried to open the bootloader, but it won't open. If I had been successful at accessing the bootloader, I would have easily reset the phone.

The only other smartphone I've had prior to this was an iPhone and one thing Apple did right was making a backup image. If I had to get my phone replaced, I'd just sync it with iTunes and it the new phone immediately had all the settings and screens my old phone had right down to whatever websites I had up last.
I see there are backup options on here but it doesn't seem to actually make an image.

Jan 27, 2014i have been very much looking forward to getting this phone for about a year and have been in ownership for about 2 months now. Ok, the issues are as follows;The camera so far has delivered nothing but bad photos ! Most of the images are slightly blurry or out of focus, and the colors not quite right.Now I know what this phone can do...yet it doesn't appear to offer much on simple 'auto everything' setting ?
I have only today found out that there is a high res secondary file saved in addition to a standard shot, when viewed through the computer explorer rather than through the phone or email....however, despite this, I have recently taken some shots last weekend which i cannot take again as they were with visiting friends...and lone behold none of them have a secondary high res copy ?!? is there any way to increase the image size and quality of these images with no secondary high res copies or are they doomed ?!

Nov 24, 2013Went to the AT&T store and I was surprised at how light it was. Guess I've been lifting too much with my 920. I was also surprised at the thinness. Anyway, a couple of questions:
1) if I select only 5MP shooting, is there still a delay between shots?
2) what's the pixel length and width of a 5MP image?
3) not really a 5MP question, but how close can you get to your subject (I heard not as close as a 920)?

I have previously succeeded with adding an artist image to an Mp3 file and transferring it to my Lumia 920. The image of the artist shows up in the Music+Videos section.
The problem now is when I go to Settings and Lock Screen options and choose to Show artist when playing music the artist image isn't showing up at locked screen! The screen turns in default grey color.

Jan 6, 2015I have my Lumia 1520 set to snap both the 5MP jpg and high-res 15mp jpg for each photo. Up until today I would save the high-res versions to my PC, and keep the low-res versions on my phone for quick viewing. I recently reset the phone, knowing I would lose all my low-res photos, but thinking I would simply copy the larger versions from my PC over to my new 128GB Micro SD.
I realized upon doing this though that the phone's Photos app does not recognize any of the high-res photos. In retrospect this makes sense, as when taking a photo it only shows the lower-res copy. But I guess for some reason I thought the high-res versions would show up if manually copied back.
Long story short, I have lost all my low-res photos, any method to get the Photos app to recognize the higher-res copies. I'm unsure how the phone even knows the difference, as the high-res copies seem to be standard JPGs.
Lumia 1020 :: Camera Auto Focus - Screen Image Would Not Come Into Focus
Oct 25, 2014For some reason today when i opened up my camera to take a few shots it had problem auto focusing on items close to me, as you know when you tap the screen to focus on a point in the screen you get the circle and a small beep to let you know it's focusing ok, it seemed to have problems getting to this point and there was an audible high pitched buzzing or clicking sound coming from the lens itself and the screen image would not come into focus
the phone has not been dropped or roughly handled so i am 100% sure it's not an issue caused by being knocked, i have tried a reset and a reboot but the issue still remains, also i have done no recent updates and there are none showing so that's not the issue either
