My LG G3 was fine until I updated it. None of the updates will download, the bar just keeps scrolling. It won't download on both wifi or data. I have cleared my caches and also changed my Google Account but nothing is working.

I've downloaded apps via the store before, however I was having trouble with MobileTag.It says "Downloading 0%" and hasn't changed.
I tried clicking Cancel and then Download. I have also tried exiting the Store and trying again.I went to store.ovi.com and it shows MobileTag as Downloaded even though it hasn't and I can't re-download it.

I have BIS service on my BB tour and i make use of lots of apps that download data. some times the wap kicks in and i am billed for it even thought i have unlimited data on my BIS.How do i disable the wap features on my phone also will my MMS be affected.I know some apps can specify wap or BIS, some apps dont, and unfortunately i use the apps that dont.

Problem 1 - picture messaging will not work. Someone will send a picture and it will say 'downloading' forever until it gives up. A few days later the message will pop up with the picture file and i will click download and it will download fine. Nothing different, yet it works.
PDF files. Some days they will download. Others.... Just spent 40 mins waiting for my phone bill to download and it didnt.
Google play services needs to be updated, but yet again nothing happens. Just stays on 'downloading' so now half my apps wont work bc they want google services updated.
We purchased a Lumia 950 for my son (becuase of the Microsoft parental controls) and we are unable to download any apps. It seems to be stuck in "pending" and doesn't progress. Even when you disable the setting to use cellular data for music downloads, when you enable iTunes match and are downloading files, if you walk away from your hotspot, iTunes keeps downloading you music.I've tried anything, but only completly disabling cellular data (network setting) prevents me from using up loads of data traffic while having iTunes Match downloads.

My iPhone 4S keeps asking me for my password - over and over - when I try to download an app. I've noticed that when I try to download free apps or update an existing app, it lets me do it.
