LG G3 :: What Is The Camera Icon At The Top
Nov 23, 2015I've been noticing a green light flash, then a camera icon pop up at the top of my screen. I'm concerned about this.
I pull down the menu and there's nothing there.

Mar 14, 2012Since upgrading to IOS 5.1 when iPhone 4 is locked the camera icon does not open when selected. I have to unlock phone with my passcoded to use the camera. The feature worked with IOS 5.0.

Apr 13, 2010Whenever I snap a picture or record a video and exit the camera application, the satellite icon remains on. I have to switch the mobile on/off for it to disappear. What's weird in that is, when i use the front camera, it appears again. Do you think the GPS remains on even when exiting the camera?

Jul 18, 2010I deleted the camera icon because on my Blackberry tour, you could access the camera option by going to media, and then going to pictures. For whatever reason, in this newest version, you cannot.
So my accident, I did delete the icon. And now, i have no idea how to get it back. I tried a couple backup features on the desktop manager, and have tried to do a couple other things and to no avail.

After the manually turning On the phone again, it will work again including the camera icon or button. But, after a while, it will be like that again, especially when the camera is not used for a while. The phone have been updated with latest software using SE PC Companion. I even tried to use repair to update it again. Same problem.

Nov 2, 2015So I got my Icon over the weekend and I've been playing around with it and I have a few questions about the camera settings. I was taking some pictures, and noticed that sometimes they were a bit blurry/not focused. I cannot tell if its me or the camera. Also, when I zoom in on the pictures, I feel that it looks more grainy than they should.
Also, side note - has power, volume and camera button feel slightly wiggly/loose? I noticed the side buttons on my Icon are not as firm as they were on my 928.
Lumia Icon :: Camera Flash And Orange-ish Pictures
Feb 24, 2014When taking pictures in darker scenes that the flash ruins the picture by making it look more red than it should be ? I get this orange glow in all the pictures, with no flash it looks better and whites look more white without the orange tint. A wall that should be pitch white looks more dull and orange for example with flash, same goes for skin color. It feels like the flash is shooting amber out or something.

Jul 22, 2015I just purchased a Lumia Icon recently and on going through and testing out various functions, I noticed that the video recording has an odd noise whenever the camera autofocuses.
The device is up to date on everything, Windows 8.1 and Lumia Denim with the latest camera app.
Here is a sample of it (close range, but it does the same noise when focusing on anything )
Right near the end I switched it to manual focus (the "jump" in focus you see and possibly the sound when that happens), but then switched it back to auto which is the noise starting again.
This happens in both surround sound mode and not.
I'm just wondering if this is normal or not. All the sample videos I have looked for either have someone talking or music playing over the video audio itself, or else what is being recorded is noisy enough to possibly hide the autofocus noise if it exists.
