Jun 27, 2015I have an LG G3 and have just added a 32GB SD card onto my phone and my phone recognizes it but I cannot find the option to set it as my primary storage.

Motorola Admiral :: Sd Card For Primary Internal Storage?
Nov 18, 2011Is Apps2sd and partitioning still remcommend even though the admiral uses a the sd card for primary internal storage? Wasnt sure if this is even neccessary to do.I finally recieved my Admiral yesterday and I've been messing around with it ever since, its a great device so far.

May 13, 2015I've got Brand New SD card 64GB Strontium class 10 yesterday. I moved all my apps from old card to this. Everything worked fine until i copied music and Video files from PC and old card. It happens that everything copied but on phone it doesn't appear anywhere except Music and Videos which are in Others and also the pictures.
I can access music files and videos through Players and also from file manager but i'm not able to see Pictures in Windows Photos but i can in File manager.
My Others folder is like 18+ GB. How do i make my wallpaper and old photos appear on phone ? Why MS is Dumb on this matter?

LG G4 :: SD Card Suddenly Not Working - Insert External Storage
Nov 29, 2015So when I got my G4 a few months ago, I got with at a kingston 128GB micro SD card. For the first few months it worked perfectly, I managed to store videos on it, and everything worked fine. Then, during one bus journey, i was watching some videos I had downloaded earlier, when suddenly told me something like: "cannot find video, insert external storage with video on it" (cant remember exactly). I tried taking out and re-inserting my SD card multiple times, even reseting my phone, but that didn't work.
Eventually my phone told me that my SD card was not formatted correctly, and they could format it, but i'd lose all my data. I eventually did this, and my phone seemed to accept the SD card (not that I really checked). Now though, I tried to re-downloaded the videos I was watching off of the google play store, and it comes up with "External storage must be installed to..." on my notifications, and when I click it, it just goes to the page of the TV show I was downloading.
It even says this at the same time as another notification says "SD card inserted"! It was strange as I was watching other downloaded TV shows before it stopped working, but when it stopped, I couldn't go back and watch the one's I had watched. Most recently I connected my phone to a laptop with the SD card in it, but the computer can't detect the SD card either!

Sep 17, 2014I have a factory unlocked version of an HTC One M8 on AT&T running 4.4.3. I noticed a week ago I was having issues with Pocketcasts freezing. It stored its files on the SD card so I moved them to the phone storage. It seems to be working fine now. This week I have been taking pictures with my HTC M8 and the gallery freezes and the picture will turn blank with a triangle in it. The camera stores pictures on the SD card also. If I touch the picture the phone locks up.

Sep 6, 2012I've just received a Xperia Z5 E6653 (build number : 32.0.A.6.200). I tried to use a MicroSD card that I had in my previous phone, but it seems not to be recognized, whereas it is in an Xperia Z3 compact.
Going to Settings > Storage, both SD card options are greyed.
Already tried :
- Rebooting the phone
- 4 different cards, formatted as exFat or Fat32
- Restoring default settings
