I have flashed this phone to cricket, upgraded from v04 to v09, even tried v08.changed the filedb and mms file phone, text, pix works just when you hit browser it will crash and reboot how to fix or does anyone have the original filedb? thanks in advance

View 5 Replies View RelatedI'm trying to download video files (verizon env touch vx11000 v9) and I can download and view files that are 0.6mb, but cannot even download files that are 1.2mb. There is over 150mb of available phone memory but I don't know how much the phone allocates for cache usage. Is this a limitation of the polaris7 browser that came with the v9 upgrade and what is the actual file size download limit? Is there a way to tweak this limit in the service menu?

However the last few weeks, it's been cutting out, Crashing, freezes up. Boots up, goes to the White Screen and goe's black, doesn't come on for at least 5 minutes before it boots up.I've been trying to reload its software but unable to because the phone freezes up and cuts off. So i have no clue what to do at this point. It has little episodes where it spazzes out goes white and the screen flickers for 20 seconds and shuts off. Battery pulls have been tried to fix the issue but even that isn't even working.i'm a Blackberry Guru myself but i've never seen this issue ever before on my Curve 3G. The odd occasional crash maybe due to over load on the memory, but this is getting beyond a joke, i can't even boot it up for at least 10 minutes or even a minute after it boots up it goes like Hell is decending into the thing.
UPDATE: I'm also being informed i'm not the only one with this issue, a fair few blackberries have gone insane in my area. Like if a hacker is tapping into the software and destroying it inside out with a virus or something. < An idea but not accurate.
Since upgrading to gingerbread 2.3.4 my phone randomely crashes and reboots has done this about six times today allready and is becoming very annoying.

I tried to wipe partitions, make a factory reset, format partitions, flash stock 1 file and stock 4 files (with pit file inside). Sometimes the phones freezes and I need to restart it, sometimes it's rebooting by himself. When I'm working with it about a minute, apps start crashing.

A few seconds later the screen goes black, and brings me back to the home screen of the phone. After this, my wallpaper would be reverted to default, and while plugged into my computer I would lose access to the sd card. After crash like that from Dolphin on s6? I've since uninstalled it and have been using chrome for now.

I have used the Sony PC Companion to repair the phone twice (reset and reinstall all the software) but still have the same problem.
I have read o lot of posts here and have no SD-card installed and also removed my SIM-card. I have tried to use the phone in safe mode and without any WiFi. Nothing worked.
I suspect that my phone reboots or turn itself of when the phone gets hot... but it could also be for some other reasons.
I have a N82 that have a problem with Ovi Maps. Once I try to access the menu:
Options -> Tools -> Settings -> Navigation then Ovi Maps crash and exits.
I had this problem with earlier versions of Maps aswell, and I am really interested to fix this.
I recently updated with new ANNA software to my N8, but now my phone to crash/ restart itself at least 15 times at day! is that a way I can uninstall or do something about it?
View 6 Replies View RelatedMy 2 yr old Curve 8530 has recently started to reboot about 5 minutes into any and all phone calls. When rebooting is completed, the battery has been exhausted and needs to be recharged to perform any functions.
Rebooting does NOT occur during any other function use.
I have had my 950 for about 15 hours now and this morning it has restarted no less than 6 times after about 15 - 30 minutes. Not doing anything with the phone, it is just sitting there on my desk plugged into the computer and it restarts. When setting up my phone I used the restore of a backup created from my Lumia 925 so it was not technically a fresh install.

It doesn't happen all the time, but I'd say it happens about 25% of the time I go to plug the phone in.I'm running the highest official OS (7.1.0.580) on Verizon, and did not experience this issue with the previous OS.
